This newly built, stylish & sophisticated air conditioned home, offers the perfect escape to the West Coast . Nestled in a quiet resort like estate, our rustic beach is a short walk for the active, with grocery, pharmacy and liquor stores 5 minutes away. Lively bars and trendy restaurants are 4.05 km drive to the vibrant city of Langford, and the capital city of Victoria is 20 minutes in a cab. Come to Beachlands and experience all the sites that a Canadian vacation has to offer. Business cliental have also used our home when escaping the bustle of the city. Our property is shared with a renter in our basement suite, whose space includes the back yard. The beautifully furnished deck is yours to enjoy, and a community adventure park, less than 2 minutes walk with swings, and zip lines for the little ones. Summertime sees family events on scheduled weekends. Orcas and Eagles await. Live, Laugh, Love in beautiful BC. This is a new community & undergoing development so please be mindful.

Shoes off upon entry, no food or drink upstairs please.
Please strip the beds of bed linen and place in laundry room. Do not play with blinds they are temperamental, simply draw curtains for black out.
We are a smoke free and drug free environment. We have a renter downstairs who reports to us. Absolutely no parties. Quiet time after 11.00 pm.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time. Our hosts were very responsive, and the home had everything you would need and more. Beautiful interior and excellent comfortable beds. Great kitchen and washing machine etc. spotlessly clean.

Beautiful home

This home is fantastic! We had everything we needed and it was very conveniently located to the things we wanted to go to. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. ☺️ The ocean is a 5 minute drive away and is beautiful to see. The hosts are super friendly and helpful!

Beautiful home

We went to Victoria for our daughter’s wedding. There was a wonderful welcome package waiting for us when we arrived which was so appreciated after our long drive. There were 4 of us staying at the house though we had a large family dinner that fit us all perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The place was immaculate and comfortable. Jacqui was available, attentive and gracious. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals before and this was top notch We would definitely stay again.

Family gathering for dad’s 82nd Birthday

We had a great 5 days in Colwood. House was beautiful and spacious. Location was great with nice treed pathways and a 10 minute walk to a beautiful view of the ocean. I would highly recommend this place. The host was easy to communicate with and went beyond to make my dads Birthday a memorable one. Thanks for the memories :)

Beautiful Colwood Home

This home is warm and welcoming. It had everything a family could need and more. Reservation process was easy and Jacqui is a pleasure to converse with. She checked on us periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. Check-in/check-out instructions were easy. Jacqui and Trent, your home is beautiful and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a home away from home. Thank you once again for everything!

We fell in love with the newly named Beachlands area. A modern family seaside community with everything within walking distance. Golf is busy during the Summertime so we decided to share our haven beside the sea.

Whilst looking for the perfect place to be near our grandchildren, we witnessed the most breathtaking sunrise ! It was a sign ! I captured it in the photographs. The shot is real and unedited.
These happen a lot !!
Waking up to the Pacific Ocean and the Olympic Mountains is truly a gift.
