Unwind in the living room on the oversized sectional with a Smart TV, or gather in the fully equipped kitchen with an eating nook and formal dining area. Just off the kitchen, step out to the private patio with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and covered dining space — perfect for evenings outside.

Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms:

This home is located in one of Langford’s most sought-after communities, known for its peaceful setting, active lifestyle, and proximity to both nature and city amenities.

Self check-in via keyless entry (code provided on arrival day)
Parking for up to 2 vehicles (1 driveway + street parking)
Garage is not available for guest use
No pets, no smoking, no parties or events

There is a self-contained tenant suite located at the back corner of the property with a completely separate entrance. Guests have full private use of the main home and backyard; the tenant does not access guest areas during stays.
