Luxury Waterfront/Lakefront Cottage on Lake Simcoe

Our lakeside cottage with a private dock to lake Simcoe is very modern and stylish, yet very cozy and comfortable place for get away experience from the cities stress. This cottage with 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom (2 full bathroom) is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood in Georgina. The place is just 1 hour's drive from the GTA and it is the perfect relaxing getaway at a convenient location! Our cottage is newly renovated and everything is brand new and fully equipped.
The space
1. Our cottage includes a sunroom, football, and mini multi game table (billiard ice hokey and football table), large windows, a family-friendly sound system, and a wood stove, fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking tools you need, including Electronic kettle, Stand mixer, and Earl Grey tea bags. The backyard is spacious with a patio set, and there is ample parking.

2. Dog Friendly with limitations, please inquire about bringing dogs. You are required to make sure that you are cleaning any traces of feces from your dog(s) inside or outside of the property.

3. You can Find dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink, and laundry pods above the sink in the laundry room.

4. The bathroom is complete with toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and white towels. please bring your own beach towels for outdoor.

5. Fire pit, you are welcome to bring your own firewood and enjoy your time around the fire pit.

6. All white sheets, pillows, quilts and bedding are provided. (For hygiene reasons, you need to bring all personal belongings with you. We encourage our guests to bring their own towel and beddings for hygien purposes .)

7. We have a security camera facing the front entrance, but no camera inside the house, backyard and waterfront.
