Welcome to this cute and quaint cottage, right off of Hwy 11 in Katrine!

This 4 season cottage has a big backyard and is located right on the Magnetawan River with private waterfront and dock, and is a quick 500m paddle or boat ride right into Little Doe Lake and Big Doe Lake.
Close to snowmobile, hiking, & atv trails.
Access to heated garage.
The space
Cottage has 3 beds inside and 1 bathroom.
Bunkie has 2 single mattresses, summer stays only.
Can sleep 8 in the summer, 6 in the fall and winter.

Swimming is great on the river, sandy bottom and deep off the end of the dock. Little Doe Lake has a public beach around the corner that is sand bottom and you can walk out forever, as well as a playground.
