パラダイスコーブは、新しく建設された湖frontのコテージで、美しいスリーマイル湖での滞在を楽しむために世界中の人々を歓迎しています。
2800平方フィートのコテージに入ると、床から天井まで届く窓から息をtakingむような景色が広がります。
オープンコンセプトのリビングルームとキッチンの組み合わせは、家族が食事���リラックス、娯楽を楽しむのに最適な場所です。
コテージには4つの広々としたベッドルームがあり、65インチのテレビを含む低レベルのファミリールームがあります。 コテージには、床を暖かく快適に保つ放射暖房が備わっています。 ガス暖炉もあります。
サンセットディナー、ボードゲーム、または蚊のない静かな夜の空気を楽しむために8人が座れる居心地の良いラウンドテーブルのある3つの季節の部屋があります。

パラダイスコーブの特徴は、浅いビーチと砂浜の散歩です。子供たちや足を水に浸すのに最適です。
湖の水は夏の間は透き通って爽やかです。 20X12の座席エリアがある複合ドックへの階段があります。
湖にはボートがあり、ボートをドックに固定できます。

私道は、必要に応じて6台の車とボートトレーラーを収容できます。

The security deposit of $800 will not be returned if there are damages in the interior or exterior of the cottage or if extra guests are brought up.

If extra guests are brought up, a $200 fee is charged per person per day or you will be asked to leave. There is a replacement charge for broken items

Beautiful cottage with great views and amenities.

Cottage was beautiful and well stocked! Rarely will you find a property as beautifully landscaped and with a patio set on the dock to be able to really enjoy the views and water. Charlotte was super responsive and helpful with inquiries, and a great host over to help us enjoy a beautiful summer weekend with friends. Would definitely recommend and be back for another stay!

This property is a gem and worth the extra drive north. Clean, spacious, and on a beautiful lake. It provides plenty of water amenities as well.

Picturesque house on a beautiful lake

Wondering Experience

Wonderful location. A lot of amenities for fun - board and card games, books, kayak, jacuzzi and much more. Regret we had only a day stay there. Hope to come back again.

Great Family Weekend Away!

Charlotte’s place was amazing! Gorgeous property with games and activities for all ages! Only complaint would be the beds, they aren’t as great as the rest of the place! The kitchen has everything you’ll ever need! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

A memorable 50th anniversary with our entire family.

Great Vaycay!

We really enjoyed our week here. The cottage was very beautiful and had everything you needed. Kids really enjoyed the bin of barbies and toys inside and the paddleboards and kayaks on the lake. A nice big dock to hang out on and lots to do! Was a great spot to enjoy time away with our kids. Thanks again!

Wonderful vacation

There were 10 of us in total, we loved the cottage layout it is roomy and practical. The fire pit was great, we did a lot of kayaking and swimming . Everything we needed was there . The lake is very nice and the fishing average, all in all a WONDERFUL VACATION. Dave & Rebecca

Beautiful cottage!

We really enjoyed our family holiday at Paradise Cove. The cottage was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and our little one enjoyed the sandy wading area. The landscaping is beautiful! It was so relaxing lounging on the dock or enjoying the lake view from the fire pit area. We had a great week!

The Cottage was Awesome!!

We were group of 10 plus kids. The cottage was very spacious and could accommodate us all. The host was very responsive to all our questions. Great property by the lake, lots of green space and parking. The beds were comfy and the furnitures were very upscale. Overall a great stay with our friends. Will definitely stay again !!!!

Perfect place for a girls getaway

We are a group of women who've gathered annually for 27 years. Paradise Cove is the first place we all agreed we'd like to come back to. Charlotte is a terrific hostess and she has thought of everything. The property is well equipped and we had a fantastic weekend away!

Family Getaway

The house was beautiful. A ton of games. Good for rainy days. Kitchen has everything we needed. Lots of windows to enjoy the veiw. Decor was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful cottage

Our multi-generational family enjoyed a wonderful week at Paradise Cove. The cottage was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lake from the dock. Our two year old granddaughter enjoyed the sand and loved the water! We enjoyed using the kayaks and stand up paddle boards on lovely Three Mile Lake.

Amazing Cottage

Very nice location with lots of games including indoor and outdoor activities. Interior is well designed and decorated. The only suggestion from us is there are not enough hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom and bedroom.

I wish I could put in words how beautiful this cottage is. The pictures do not do it justice. A perfect escape from the city life. The host offers a lot of amenities and make sure your stay will feel more like home instead of a trip!

Beautiful Cottage

Myself, my husband and 2 kids (10 and 12) had a lovely stay at Charlotte’s cottage. It was super clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards in the lake, which was really quiet. The dock area was quite private too. Charlotte was super accessible and checked in on us too which was really nice. Would definitely highly recommend.

As a family, we have enjoyed this lake for over thirty years. It is spring-fed, clean lake that is amazing to be on. The cottage has all the amenities necessary with a luxurious feel. A large campfire area that over looks the lake. Best of all, the large composite dock to enjoy the view and relax.

If you are looking for a lake that is quiet and peaceful this is the lake for you. It is perfect for a couples weekend or for family fun. The cottage is a new build with many detailed features that promote a perfect cottage getaway. This spacious, open concept floor plan promotes family fun. The shoreline is a sandy beach and shallow. A huge dock sits over the water for you to enjoy the lake. The huge fire pit overlooks the lake.
This cottage is on septic which means the only thing that can be disposed of is toilet paper and soap.
You must deliver all your garbage to the dump that is 10 minutes away. There will be a charge of $20 per bag if any garbage is left behind. Cleaning fees are $200 directly e-transferred to the host prior to checkin.

The shoreline is a sandy walk-in and the campfire is located with a view of the lake. You can take in sunrises from our upper deck with your coffee and watch the sunsets from the dock with a glass of wine.
