Lovely 2 br / den/ 2 bath condo - den can be made private with pull out privacy curtain, this is a separate area from the living room. This condo has been lovingly maintained and updated through the years, and in a building that offers a fantastic array of amenities. Perfect for your family vacation! The beautifully landscaped building offers an indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, game room, exercise room. playground, movie theatre, sandwich / ice cream shoppe, and more! The condo has accommodations for up to 8, has a fully equipped kitchen, ( including a keurig), 4 TV's, and free wifi. The building does charge a non refundable, cash. registration fee on arrival to the building. For 2023 the fee is $50.00. There is parking for 1 car, the building, grounds, and condo are all non smoking, (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
