In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three bedrooms, a bright sunroom, a spacious deck, access to a seasonal community pool, and a 4-minute walk to the beach.

Walk into an open, one-story floor plan and be greeted by beautiful hardwood flooring, a calming ambiance, and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable furniture and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area and offers white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers scenic views and ample seating for your whole party.

The sunroom offers a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee. You will also find that it offers access to the deck.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private primary bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.

The secondary and third bedrooms are perfect for kids as they both offer 2 twin-sized beds, ample closet spaces, and scenic views. Both have access to a full bathroom just down the hall.

The outdoor deck is the perfect spot to grill out and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer!

The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
