This place was not at all like the pictures as far as clean. Very outdated

Horrilbe smell and stained carpet through out. Feathers in pull out couch. Made my daughter sick. No communication from realty company regarding refund since we had to vacate and find a suitable place to stay on short notice. Still waiting to hear about a refund. Would not recommend this place to anybody!!

Very nice. Everything was clean inside condo and the building. Very secure. The extra pillows in the closet were a little stained.

Great location

Amazing location within walking distance of boardwalk which was perfect for my family. Also convenient having the grocery store right across the street. There were not sheets for the pull out couch which was quickly remedied by the property manager. Only negative was the cleaning fee does not include the dishes, so renters are responsible for washing their own disher. This is fine, however, there were numerous filthy dishes put away in the drawers and cupboards that were obviously not washed. The cleaner should make sure dishes are done because it was not pleasant pulling out pans and utensils with caked on food. I reached out to the property manager about it and they were quick to apologize. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Great location, comfortable and clean

My teen and I stayed here while attending a sporting event. The location is great, just a short 2 blocks from the beach and a quick walk to several stores and restaurants (including a grocery store right behind the building). The condo is clean, quiet, and comfortable, has everything we needed. We rented a couple beach chairs and umbrella, which were delivered right to our room and made our beach visit pleasant and easy. Though on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator and easy access to the parking lot for loading/unloading. Check in was easy, and check out only involved minimal cleaning. Communication was fast and responsive. We would stay again if we are in the area.

Great location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! It was very close to the beach and boardwalk, a short walk. It was also convenient to have a grocery store across the street and it was only a quick 5 min drive to the convention center. My kids also enjoyed the pool. We would stay here again if we travel back to VA beach!

Weekend getaway

Great location, everything is walking distance. There is a huge grocery store two minutes away. The pool was nice and the community grill (charcoal). The rooms were clean. Just a quick note, there is no hair dryer so bring your own. There is a dishwasher but we purchased a sponge (not provided) to do some quick cleaning.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful experience with the condo. It was clean, well equipped and located less than 5 minutes(walking distance) away from the beach. We loved our stay!
