Overall excellent accommodation and great location. Only poor feedback was the cleanliness - on arrival we noticed the floor hadn’t been vacuumed properly and there was dirt in the bath making it less appealing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the accommodation and the location. We’re disappointed to learn that the cleanliness wasn’t up to our usual standard on arrival, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments have been passed on to our housekeeping team so we can ensure this doesn’t happen again. We hope to welcome you back for a seamless stay next time.
