CASA CEIBA



Casa Ceiba is the villa to take over for a long weekend with the family or a friend group that wants the days to slow down. It sits inside Barranca, a tree-lined pocket on the quiet north side of Casa de Campo where mornings start with the canopy of the centenary Ceiba tree filling every window. Four bedrooms sleep eight, with an included cook handling all the meals so nobody loses a morning to the kitchen.



Mornings start slow on the covered terrace facing the pool, drinks in hand, while someone else heads through the open-plan living room to the kitchen for a top-up. By midday, the lawn under the Ceiba canopy stays cool enough for a long lunch — the outdoor dining table seats the whole group with room to spare. Glass walls fold the living room into the garden, so swimmers stay in earshot of whoever stayed inside, and dessert under the tree pulls everyone back together at the end of the day.



The Racquet Center is a short cart ride up the road for whoever wakes up wanting tennis or pickleball, and Minitas Beach Club is the same kind of run when the group decides on a beach day. Altos de Chavón and Dye Fore sit close enough for a sunset dinner over the river, the Marina is the right call for a lunch on the water, and Teeth of the Dog — ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards — works for an early tee time and a back-by-lunch return. Casa Ceiba is the villa to book when you want the whole group together, but you also want the resort to feel like a backdrop, not a schedule.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This of course can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

- House parties and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.

Interaction with Guests:

The Ceiba tree at the heart of the garden is over a hundred years old and visible from nearly every room in the villa. Its wide canopy spreads above the terracotta roof and shades the lawn beside the pool, which keeps that side of the garden cool enough to sit out even on hot afternoons. It is the reason the villa is named Casa Ceiba and the single feature most guests photograph first — a living centerpiece you can't recreate with landscaping or design.



Casa Ceiba sleeps eight across four bedrooms — two set up for couples and two configured for two guests each, which works for siblings, cousins, or extra adults. The open-plan living, dining, and covered outdoor terrace pull everyone back together at meal times, while the lawn and pool give the younger generation room to run without taking over the villa. The included cook prepares all the meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — so the planning load is off the parents and grandparents.



Casa Ceiba sits inside Barranca, a tree-lined section on the quiet north side of the resort where lots are larger and through-traffic is light. The pool, terrace, and lawn are framed by mature landscaping and the canopy of the Ceiba tree, so the outdoor zones are not overlooked from the road or from neighboring properties. It is one of the reasons the villa works for guests who want resort access without the resort buzz.



The villa is set up well for families with kids. The lawn is flat and shaded by the Ceiba tree, and the open-plan layout means parents can keep an eye on swimmers from the living room or the covered terrace. Two of the bedrooms are configured for two guests each, which works for siblings sharing a room. Baby equipment — cribs, high chairs, strollers — is not included in the nightly rate but can be arranged through our concierge ahead of arrival.
