Located in Provincetown’s desirable East End, this peaceful escape offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, with easy access to the shops, dining, galleries, and vibrant energy of downtown Provincetown.

Just steps from your private deck, a boardwalk leads directly to your private association beach, with the shoreline only about 200 feet away. Spend your days enjoying the sand and surf, then return to your spacious, private outdoor living area—perfect for relaxing with a book, savoring a beverage, or grilling dinner while taking in the salty sea breeze. From here, you can gaze out toward Cape Cod Bay and catch glimpses of the iconic Provincetown Monument, creating a truly memorable coastal backdrop.

The cottage features a comfortable studio layout with air conditioning, WiFi, and an efficiency kitchen, making it easy to settle in and unwind. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the lovely outdoor shower—one of Cape Cod’s most cherished traditions.

Parking is available for one car (unassigned), and guests may also enjoy access to the association pool during July and August, subject to routine testing. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a short escape by the sea, this cozy bayside cottage offers an unbeatable location and an exceptional outdoor experience.

Cozy comfortable space

The cottage was comfortable and nicely appointed. It definitely could have used more cooking utensils and kitchen supplies. Loved the outdoor shower.

Cozy Cottage Indeed!

Such an adorable property, small but not cramped at all. So cozy yet airy, it was the perfect spot to stay for a beautiful weekend in Provincetown. Great amount of storage for a weekend away. Loved the outdoor shower especially even though the water temperature was a little iffy. Recommending this property to all my friends :)

“Little Slice of Heaven” Indeed!!!

This Little Slice of Heaven cottage was the perfect spot for my daughter & I. We stayed 2 nights. It is absolutely adorable! It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. Great location, the beach is right there and it’s a quick Uber ride down to Commercial Street. Great communication from rental agent. Very pleased w/ everything!

A tranquil quaint cottage with allow you to rejuvenate your soul and reset your mind

I spent my week biking and jogging. Playing basketball and writing my book. The cottage was great but it’s west Yarmouth where there are used syringes that are blatantly thrown out of cars traveling east and west on Rt 28.

Celebrated our anniversary with an ocean breeze

My husband and I booked this tiny house to celebrate our 35th anniversary by the ocean. The interior was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen or grill to cook meals, but both seemed more than adequate. For the days we didn't want to do much, the outdoor/ porch seating was beautiful and (mostly) private, with umbrellas that make even the hottest of days very pleasant. The beach was a 5 minute stroll away, and the center of Provincetown was a short drive or shuttle ride ($2 per person) away. We wanted to getaway and be by the ocean; this little gem gave us both and more.

Overall a nice time

Small but sweet spot to stay for a couple of nights. Not as clean as I would have hoped, given the additional fees beyond the nightly cost. The outdoor shower was a lovely addition, but it, the mini fridge, among other things had not been cleaned. We reached out via text with a couple of questions, and did not hear back in a timely manner. The location is great, but with so many options in town, I might try somewhere else next time.

We have a high standard of cleanliness and have since reached out to the housekeeper regarding these issues. Our records do indicate that when you texted our company regarding a question about how to use the stove, a team member responded that same day to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance and staying with us again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience. Details were right on. Perfect location. Perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfy - felt like a cloud. Outdoor shower was an extra that was well used and appreciated. Can’t say enough good things. The only bad thing was the parking - no designated spot and had to guess on where to park or if you would get towed.

Overall we really liked a lot about this place but would have appreciated more up-front clarity about the property. Location was close to the beach and town. We enjoyed the porch, grill and outdoor shower. The size was as pictured and fine for a couple for a weekend away. The listing did not specify that you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which was frustrating for us to find out from the e-mail days before our trip (and probably would have affected our booking had we known). Also there were two different versions of photos in the listing (we were unclear of what to expect in terms of coffee pot/hot water heater). There is just a Keurig (no coffee pot) and no coffee pods provided - so bring your own! The induction stove also did not work for us so with no coffee or breakfast we had a tough first morning. Checkout instructions told us to leave the place broom clean. At the rate we paid, the fact that there were no linens to wash since we had to bring our own, we felt the price was excessive. Under the bed was sandy so I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is for.

Reviewer Comments: This adorable little beach "house" was exactly as advertised-- beautifully appointed with modern conveniences and full of charm, in a beach condo/house community right at the Truro/P-town line. You could tell that every little detail was thought out to make this tiny house comfortable, from the lighting to the fantastic outdoor shower to the sweet patio. A quick drive to P-town and just steps from the beach... if only I had better weather!
