Just as shown in listing. Extremely nice , had everything you could want /need during your stay. Condo is Very clean and the beds are comfortable. Location was convenient to all of the things we wanted to do in the area and added bonus - right on the walking path! Really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable- kitchen was really well stocked for a VRBO. Spices, tinfoil, paper towels, Tupperware, drip coffee and keurig. Great stay!

Excellent Property Just Communication

Two Couples stayed in the Condo. The property is excellent in all aspects, cleanliness, location, layout, furnishings, appliances, supplies etc etc. My only disappointment was, after requesting an early check in I was offered one via email. Upon entering the Condo staff was still in the process of cleaning. While it might sound like a very small point it became a larger issue and that is we could not get the Spectrum Cable Service to work. Communicating with the host was low to non existent. She explained they were having staffing issues plus she had a vehicle accident but just responding to my messages would have made eased the situation. I would highly recommend this Condo and would book it again. I am sure my experience with the host communication was an anomaly and it not normal.

Great Place

What a great place. We had everything that we needed. Was so nice to have all the amenities as home. It was easy to navigate to Front Street and any of our locations that we wanted to go to. Beds were comfortable and we liked the split floor plan of the bedrooms and bathrooms, you have a little more privacy. We will definitely be back!

Totally relaxing

We loved the location for everything. Close to the beach, restaurants pubs and winery's. Great stay was emphasized by the condo having everything we needed. Plenty of parking & room for 2 couples enjoying a midweek getaway. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The condo is a perfect location because you can walk to town eliminating parking issues. The place was clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Everything a family needs for their vacation is right there. Loved it!

The condo was nice and clean. Easy check in with keyless entry. Well stocked and close to everything. Only negative was that there was a barn door for master bedroom. If you have guests there is a lack of privacy because the door is right by living room/kitchen. Overall would rent again.

Super comfortable beds and living space, super clean throughout, impeccable attention to details - decor and lots of little things that mean a lot, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely regional welcome gift. Who could ask for more at such a great price?When my husband and I travel, we need a fully equipped kitchen due to his food allergies and sensitivities. This kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve experienced. We really appreciated it!The layout of the apartment is really great and allows for privacy between the two queen bedrooms and en-suites with an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room. Perfect for two couples. In our case, we were meeting a friend traveling solo from Portugal. He slept very well after a long journey!If ever back in Traverse City, I’d stay again for sure!!Highly recommend!!

Traverse City Horse Show

My daughter and I came to Traverse City for a horse show. The property was a great location 15 mins away from horse show grounds and convenient to Downtown with lots of cool shops and restaurants. Very clean unit and was exactly as advertised.

Excellent rental

Ive been renting vacation homes for almost 40 years and this was one of the best, maybe thee best, one Ive ever stayed at. Modern, clean, comfortable, coffee station, bottle of local wine and chocolate cherries, luggage racks and so much more!

Trailside Condo

Loved our stay at the Trailside condo. Very clean and had a nice mid century modern feel. Being on the trail was great. We took full advantage and walked a lot, even to the organic grocer. Wish we could have stayed longer.
