Check in was simple, house was exactly what we needes. The house appeared clean upon arrival, but we did find dirty socks behind a pillow and some garbage in the couch cushions. Also some issues with regulating the temperature. Some rooms were freezing while others were warm. Thermostat did seems to be working in the den. Overall a good experience, but could have been even better.

Attending my daughter’s wedding

Wedding weekend

This home was perfect for our large family stay for our son’s wedding in the area. So many great open entertaining spaces indoors and out! Location was ideal as well with a lovely quiet neighborhood and wooded privacy and beauty. The property manager was quickly responsive and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely book again!

Newnan visit

We had six adults and three children in our family group. We all enjoyed the large pool and the pickleball court. Pingpong was a bonus! The house was very clean and very nice. We enjoyed a trip into Newnan to visit the brewery and walk around town. Very nice!

Loved our family staycation in Newnan. Family drove in from Alabama while we drove in from Atlanta. The house was amazing and had so many things to keep us occupied, we never needed to leave the house. We played games all around the house for the weekend and were sad to leave!

We were in Newnan for our Daughter's wedding.The house was perfect for our whole family to stay, for the bridesmaids to get ready, and a breakfast the day following the wedding. The house and property was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Many comments from wedding guests how perfect the home was for our family and the occasion.Would gladly stay there again!

The home was spacious so we weren’t on top of one another and that was nice. Having the pool was also good to have. The house needs a good deep clean/TLC. At minimum there should be a hairdryer provided in each of the full size bathrooms. There was only one that was there that worked. I’d also recommend providing enough wash cloths for the home as there were only 4 in the entire house. The kitchen sink smelled very bad upon arrival and there was an issue with flies in the kitchen due to the smell. I’d recommend keeping a fly swatter available as well as some other type of fly trapping device that can be plugged into the kitchen. Id also recommend updating the bunk beds to a larger size and remove the massive heavy human size bean bags from the upstairs bedroom. They were not comfortable for adults and the bottom trundle bunk was broken. Aside from all of that it was a decent stay.

This property was amazing. No need to plan a lot of activities outside the home as there was so much to do at the house. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly. We had one commode that need a part so that it would flush. The host had a plumber at the house in less than an hour. He was very responsive and extremely helpful. If we ever plan another trip to visit Banning Mill again, this would be my first choice of places to stay especially in the summer so as to take advantage of the pool. The only minor thing was I would have like the pool to have been vacuumed before we arrived. He probably would have sent someone out if I asked though, but it was not that big of a deal. The water was clear and the outdoor seating was great.
