House was great for 4 adults and 2 children. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and washer/dryer served our needs well. The house was clean. The neighborhood was great, especially with 2 pools within walking distance and nice walking paths. Ocean City was a short 20 minute drive and having the beach parking pass was useful. Communication with the hosts was immediate. Supermarket was a short drive which was useful as we needed to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, soap and personal items. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Vacation rental!!

We booked a week in July at this rental in Ocean Pines. It was clean and cozy! We had four adults and four kids ages 3-6. Everyone had a great time. There were five pools available. Free parking at 49th st in ocean city. Easy access to a beach club and pool in ocean city. The town house was walking distance to two pools and a yacht club that had live music most nights. Highly recommend this rental for a family getaway.

Wonderful pet friendly stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Landing. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. The coffee maker didn't work so they shipped a new one. They were very flexible in allowing us to bring our 3 dogs. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Towels and linens were provided which was so convenient! Lots of games which the kids loved.

Spacious dog-friendly get away

We stayed for a week in December with my extended family and our dogs. The space was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for all of us and each couple had their own bathroom. We even had a dedicated puzzle table, and managed to do 2 of the house puzzles while there. We really enjoyed exploring Ocean Pines on foot. We walked all over the place with the dogs, and checked out a Christmas tree event in the center of town with a bunch of different trees decorated and sponsored by local businesses. We drove over to the Ocean City boardwalk too. It was a great home base for our winter visit, and we look forward to seeing it again in the summer. It's steps away from the yacht club and it would be peaceful there on the water in the warm weather. Surprisingly we made quite a bit of use of the screened porch despite it being December.

Perfect place for our family

This was the perfect place to go to the beach for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Only a short drive to everything in OC. The reserved parking at the beach was super convenient and you have access to a beachfront pool, restaurant, and locker rooms. There’s umbrellas/chair rental on site if you don’t want to haul your stuff. The house is very close to community pools, the golf course, and an awesome playground for the kids. There are nearby restaurants and you are still close to OC places too. The screened in patio was a great spot for coffee in the AM and dinner/hanging out in the evenings. We only had 4 but there’s plenty of room for bigger groups too. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again
