Beautiful 2nd floor unit w/ huge wrap around balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / 2800 square ft / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large roman tub and flat screen tvs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom suite located at the end of the 2nd floor with a large wrap around balcony. Spectacular sun rises are yours to see with the unobstructed direct view of the Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront primary bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the huge oceanfront wrap around balcony. The primary bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk in tiled shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, the third bedroom offers a queen bed, the fourth bedroom offers 1 king bed w/ private balcony and private bathroom and the fifth bedroom offers two queen beds w/ a private bathroom. Smart TVs, full sized washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This condo provides a spacious open concept family, dining and kitchen area that provides a spacious and memorable stay for you and your guests. This condo is located in the heart of the Grand Strand’s Golden Mile in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children's splash pool all overlooking the beach. Unit is fully tiled and has an in line air purifier to reduce allergens.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach. Just steps away from the ocean and plenty of room for our family if 6 adults and 3 children. Rental unit was clean and well located. Our only complaints are no closet space in the master bedroom (locked) and the main sliding door to the patio was hard to slide open and closed. Overall, a really good week!

Exactly as Described

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The rooms were a good size and kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. The living room furniture was a little dark for a beach condo vibe, but it was comfortable. The seating on the porch overlooked the pools and beach, providing an excellent view!

Myrtle Beach bliss

The location of the condo to many , many activities in Myrtle Beach was a bonus . The 5 bedroom condo was perfect for 6 friends meeting up for a mini vacation and college football game . The condo has daily beautiful sunrises . It was well designed and suited us perfectly . The realty company was always available to answer questions, as I was trying to navigate people travelling from 5 different states .

Water leak

The master bathroom had a water leak into the floor. They had to come in the middle of the night and turn the water off so we couldn’t take showers the Bolt to brush our teeth and get ready to leave in the morning and be out by 10 o’clock, which they still wanted us out by 10 o’clock because supposedly they were going to fix the water leak they shut the water off and the ceiling was still leaking all night long into the next day so that was not the Problem. Also, the beds are hard as a rock so we did not sleep well it was overall not a very good stay for us.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo

Everything was simply amazing in this beautiful oceanfront condo. It is even better in person than the listing and pictures. The ocean view is absolutely beautiful from the rap around balcony. There is also a perfect view of the Lazy River directly beneath the unit and grandma enjoyed watching the family in the pool and Lazy River from the private shaded balcony. We enjoyed the large spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect layout for a large family to spread out. There were large TVs in every bedroom. We couldn’t get the tv to work in one room and the host immediately sent a staff person to assist us with resetting the tv. Excellent communication from the host throughout our stay. The unit was spotless when we arrived and my family cannot stop talking about our perfect family vacation. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great family vacation on the beach

This property and location was perfect for our family vacation! My husband, me and our 4 children had plenty of space in the 5 bed/4 bath condo. We were ocean/beachfront and we had plenty to do and a perfect week. We loved having such a short walk to step foot in the ocean. The balcony of the condo was perfect for evenings to sit outside, talk and play games. I would 100% recommend this place and would 100% go back here again. I love to see details in reviews so I am going to write a few things others may find helpful:Pros huge condo/plenty of space. very clean condo. great location/very close to the beach. beach was very clean. pools close/easily accessible/not super busy/clean. had one issue with the hot water heater and when we called we got assistance right away. had a handful of beach gear available to use in the unit (floats, sandcastle stuff, football). very close to shopping and nice restaurants.No cons, but more so things to be aware of no closet in the master bedroom. we weren't aware of how to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach so that took us a bit to work on the first day, but we found that you have to find a red umbrella that says 'rent' and find a worker for John's beach service and then rent what you want for the week. once we found this it made getting down to the beach and getting settled in for a beach day much easier. be prepared to run to a store the first day or so to supply trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.Loved the place!
