I experienced very poor communication from both iTrip and VRBO. I’ve reached out to each of them again since our trip, and neither has responded. It’s not a big deal for me at this point, but I’d recommend confirming how you’ll communicate before your stay so you don’t end up frustrated and losing time from your vacation as we did.

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is always to provide guests with clear communication before and during their stay. Following booking, all guest communications are handled directly by our local management team and include check-in instructions, office information, contact details, and maintenance reporting procedures. For guests arriving after office hours, the requirement to complete ID verification the following day is communicated in advance as part of the check-in process. Additionally, the contact information for our team and instructions for reporting maintenance concerns are provided in our pre-arrival communications, on the check-in materials provided at arrival, within the welcome information inside the property, and again in our mid-stay follow-up message. While we regret that aspects of the arrival process were frustrating, the maintenance and housekeeping concerns referenced in your review were not reported to our team during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and address them promptly. We appreciate your comments and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed both the resort and the unit overall.

Last year we stayed and the pool was not available. This year there was plastic blocking our view of the beach ( which is what we pay for). It seems the place needs a refreshing. It is just a bit tired.

Thank you for your review. The building maintenance that impacted your view is part of the resort’s routine off-season work, which is disclosed in advance and reflected in seasonal pricing. As for the comment about the unit being “tired,” this is one of our most requested condos, with many guests returning year after year. This is not something that has been brought to our attention before. We also did not receive any concerns during your stay and would have gladly addressed anything in real time.

Exactly as pictured. 5 bedrooms and plenty of space to accommodate 10 adults and 3 kids. The view from the balcony was perfect. The resort itself had a surplus of pools & hot tubs, which was great for everyone in our group. Would def stay here again!

Great view from a large balcony. Bonus seeing dolphins playing from the balcony in the morning. Lots of room for the 8 adults and 3 children. Liked that there was a media room / 2nd living area. Easy access to the beach. Lots of pools to choose from for all ages. Would stay again.

Beautiful penthouse for a gal getaway

Great time with childhood friends! Stayed here last year so rented again this year. A wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Our only comments would be that the condo needs some love. A lot of worn paint areas, a broken off door knob and shower ceiling in primary bedroom appears to be leaking. Beautiful views!

Amazing place but mattress protectors on beds were severely stained and some of the bed pillows were too.

I would have given this unit a 4 star review prior to some of the communication I had with the host (iTrips). The unit is in a great location, and has wonderful amenities. All of this was more for the actual resort utself than the unit. There are a lot of these condo units available that are not managed by iTrips, I would very much suggest staying at North Beach Resorts and Villas but not in this unit. Look at the other units to rent. iTrips has horrible customer service and would rather prove themselves right about everything than just apologizing for a bad experience. We booked this condo and had 10 family member staying here. They gave us one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and two garbage bags. When they asked for 5 stars, I let them know that it would be nice if they provided at least two rolls of toilet paper and four garbage bags for a party this size so that we didn't have to go on our vacation and purchase these things, they made sure to let me know that these things were listed as not being provided. Which is a bit irrelevant. I don't care if it was listed as not being available what I'm telling them is I would not give them five stars because it was not available. Only excellent customer service gets five stars They said that they only provide one roll of toilet paper and two garbage bags to keep cost down. Then proceeded to email me several times in a very defensive and argumentative manner. Horrible customer service!

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially given that the guest’s original private email to us described the condo as ‘fabulous,’ the amenities as ‘terrific,’ the views as ‘out of this world,’ & the space as ‘comfortable and inviting.’ The only concerns raised involved starter supplies and coffee. As clearly outlined multiple times prior to arrival - including in the rental agreement & detailed check-in instructions sent one week before check-in - our homes include starter quantities of paper products & trash bags, & guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies during their stay if needed. We also specifically note that coffee is not provided. These are standard vacation rental policies & were fully disclosed in advance so guests could arrive prepared. When the guest emailed us after departure, we responded professionally to clarify where this information had been provided. Unfortunately, what began as a constructive conversation quickly turned hostile & argumentative after we pointed out the disclosures that had already been sent. We absolutely welcome feedback & are always open to improving the guest experience. What we cannot do is apologize for policies that were transparently communicated multiple times before arrival simply because they were overlooked. Future guests can book confidently knowing our listings clearly explain what’s included & our team communicates thoroughly before every stay.

Very lovely property! We enjoyed our week there and would highly recommend this rental! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which worked very well for our group. The views were beautiful, and we had a wonderful time!

Everything was great except for a couple of minor things that should be given immediate attention especially before I would consider staying there again!! The carpet in the primary bedroom needs a serious cleaning or replacing and the cookware needs to be replaced not cleaned, the closet doorknob was missing and one of the chair bottom coving was hanging down like a cat had been clawing at it. Other than these easily repairable issues me and my party of 12 really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful penthouse

A group of us went down to celebrate some birthdays and what a beautiful view from the Penthouse suite. We were in and enjoyed the pool and restaurants.
