Fun stay with family party of 8

Our condo was spacious and well appointed with room for all the kids to sleep in their own bed, if they chose. The space was clean, parking was attached to the building and there were plenty of local attractions to see, if we had wanted. Access to the beach was easy and the pool area offered an additional place for the family to cool off and enjoy the resort experience. Although not used, the shuttles and golf carts to take resort guests to and from local shopping areas was really nice and the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful, always asking if we needed a ride. It was a relaxing few days spent mostly at the beach and pool areas. We would definitely stay again given the same size crew (8 of us).

Spacious condo!

Great condo. Very spacious! We were a company of 12 and loved how much room this condo has. Kitchen is well equipped. Every room has a bathroom. The view is beautiful! Our only complaint was the the bed mattresses are very uncomfortable, but it's very rare you find a hotel with nice mattresses these days. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

The stay was great. Beautiful condo with beautiful views and very clean. The only complaint form every guest was the hard/ firm beds that left us sore in the morning. Would really like to stay here again and hope by then they update the bed situation. Overall great stay and wonderful to work with itrip They are the best

Great Family Trip

The condo was great! Although the extra refrigerator in laundry did not work. With that many people we needed the extra! The ice maker in the kitchen made ice but did not dispense. We did not report that early as we did not want workers in and out. My greatest frustration was not being able to speak to someone at iTrip. Only communicating only by email. I am missing a new pair of earrings and don’t even know how to relay this to them. Once we were in the condo we very much enjoyed our stay! The pools, workout facilities were great although we weren’t able to use the pools because of the weather they were beautiful to view!

We do wish we had been made aware of the refrigerator and ice dispenser concerns while you were in-house, as we would have been happy to address them quickly. Our team is readily available by text, which is clearly outlined in your check-in instructions, welcome materials, mid-stay communication, and printed in bold on the outside of the check-in envelope that contains your keys and parking passes. We’re sorry to hear about your missing earrings. Please also text that same number, as it goes directly to our maintenance team and they handle all lost and found requests after departure. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you were able to enjoy the property overall.

We are unable to give a five star rating because of the following difficulties1. The patio railing was draped with plastic drop which blocked views of the ocean. a primary appeal of an ocean front rental.2. The patio furniture was placed (stored?) in the main living area for an unknown reason and had to be moved.Both 1 & 2 should have been communicated to us by iTrip so that alternate plans could have been implemented.3. Apps used for iTrip instructions were extremely difficult to use and in some cases non functional.4. iTrip phone calls were not returned.5. Ice maker nonoperational.6. Bedroom lamp switch broken.7. Main door lock was intermittent.Other than these issues the property & location was great.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify several of the points mentioned, as they do not reflect the communication or information provided during your stay. The temporary plastic covering and relocation of patio furniture were due to building maintenance being performed by the resort. This is disclosed in advance in the rental agreement and pre-arrival communication, as these projects are scheduled during the off-season and are outside of our control. Regarding communication, we did not receive any successful contact from you during your stay. The correct contact number is clearly provided in multiple locations, including your check-in materials and prior text communication. We respond quickly to all messages received, but are unable to respond to messages that are not successfully delivered. We also do not require any app for communication or access, and we are unable to verify the issues described related to that. As for the maintenance items listed, none of these concerns were reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have addressed them immediately, as we do for all guests. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property and location, and we remain committed to providing responsive service and clear communication to all guests.

We had a wonderful time for my daughter's birthday. There were 14 of us and we all slept comfortably. Perfect view of the ocean and all the pools on the property.
