Good, but could be great!

The house is in a very quite, quaint neighborhood. Very close to Quantico, with easy access. It was clean, however you can definitely smell the pets in the master bedroom. We are not put owners so the smell really sticks out (and there was a glade stick up by the bed). Unfortunately, 3 of the chairs are broken in the living room. There's no porch chairs to go have morning coffee. No dressers, very barely furnished for such a big beautiful house. Little things could really make this "home away from home" so much better. I messaged Evolve twice, and never received a response. The positives are why I gave 4 stars and the potential. I am hopeful the ownership listens.

Great overall experience!

House was clean and perfect for the few days we needed! Very short drive to MCB Quantico and the Marine Corps Museum, also only about a 15 minute drive from Potomac Mills Mall. I may have overlooked the info, but as far as I know we never received a garage code or instructions on how to lock the front door (figured that one out). The only complaints I have are very nit-picky, but wound not stop me from staying there again if needed.

Great house and location near Quatico

We stayed over thanksgiving and was disappointed with the “stocked” kitchen as there was no baking dishes and not enough silverware for our family. There was also only bath towels for our party of 6. So we had to go out and buy kitchen items and towels. We did like the set up of the home. It was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood close to base. We would consider staying here again we would just know we need to bring our own stuff and be better prepared with our family of 6.

Spacious, Beautifully Remodeled Home in a Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home! It comfortably accommodated our entire family, and its location was perfect—conveniently situated between Stafford and Reagan Airport. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was clear the house had been recently remodeled, as the tags were still on the chairs at the kitchen island and dining table. While the furniture was minimal, it had almost everything we needed for a great stay. The only inconvenience was that there were no plates and minimal silverware. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this home!

Limited amenities, do not recommend

The house was very clean and nice but there was a major lack of amenities. When coming in, most toilets were out of toilet paper and only had 1 roll for the 4 bathrooms. Ended up having to buy a pack to use. No hand towels in the house. Came with half a roll of paper towels. Provided with no trash bags and had to buy some for the house in order to take the trash out. No one parked in the garage because it reeked of garbage due to the overflow of trash into the cans. The house itself did not feel very homey and felt very thrown together just for the rental money. It provided a place to sleep but other than that I would not recommend it. Maybe for a night it would be okay, but not for several days with a larger group like we did.

Great Weekend!

We celebrated a graduation, toured Washington, and relaxed. We were even surprised by a fireworks display. The home was situated in a nice neighborhood. There were shops and stores close by. The home was really big, so our family of eight enjoyed all the space. Complaints I would give it, the dishwasher was full of dirty moldy dishes when we arrived. I called and they immediately said someone was coming, but the cleaners never showed up. I called back, they said someone was on the way. I called again, they asked if someone could come the next day. I that point, I refused the cleaners coming, because we were leaving the following day. If you plan on booking this home, bring extra towels and buy some plates, cups, and coffee cups. The kitchen is very limited on cooking "things". Positives, beautiful home, very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and in a great location.

Lovely Property

My family enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable except one, my daughter said it was too hard lol. The separate office was great since I had to do a little work while I was there. I do recommend adding TVs in the bedrooms and nightstands on both sides of the bed in the primary suite. We did have a few problems that I hope the homeowner fixes. 1. Something was throwing the breaker which cut off the lights in the dining room, hot water and the outside light to the back yard. I would have liked for someone to come check out this issue while we were at the property. 2. Cleaning supplies - there was no detergent for the dishwasher. No mop or bucket. It rained and there was no way to get the water off the floor but with paper towels. The broom was locked in a closet with no dustpan, I had to email guest services to get the key to unlock the closet. I do have to say their response was quick. 3. Kitchen supplies - there were no oven pans. I needed to cook cornbread and had to purchase a pan. 4. The outlet in the primary suite by the bed did not work. I had to plug my CPAP machine in the wall by the window stretching the cord as far as it could go and had to set it on a book because there was no nightstand on that side of the bed. These were minor things that will not keep me from staying at this property again. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your property.
