Beach vacay

Great beachfront property. Easy beach access. Would have liked bigger beds, but knew the sizes ahead of time. Overall nice property.

It was marked as clean but it was definitely not cleaned. Counters were sticky, food under the couch and beds as well as other things that didn’t belong (trash), rugs were nasty, floors were super sandy, hair on the beds, blood stains and who knows what the others were. I’m glad we brought our own linens and pillows, linens are not included but there are comforters and pillows. There were bags of linens in the hallway closet but I’m not sure if they were clean or dirty and just left there. I did not contact to have it re-cleaned because if that was clean it would’ve been pointless so I did it myself. The online pictures definitely need updated because the deck chairs are different and rusty, we were hoping they had the blue ones from the online pictures, the kitchen table is different and so forth. I would say the view is what makes the place worth it. The third party rental company was nice and I had no issues with them, just the actual property.

Dirty

The only good thing about this condo is the location.This place was disgusting! Dirty comforter and walls with stains and was not cleaned. I swept the floor and had a huge pile of sand. Please do not stay here unless u want to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room yourself!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay. We apologize for the issues you encountered. We do not see that we were contacted to report the cleaning issue. In this case, the property owner was the last to stay and did not request a cleaning. The condo is cleaned by our staff after each guest. We do hope to see you again in the future.
