Cozy spot right next to a beautiful park -- great for a weekend stay with my husband and kids. Host communication was excellent, and check in/out was a breeze.

Great rental with lots of amenities! I stayed here with my husband and 9 year old daughter. We loved the proximity to Eben Fine Park and Pearl Street. The owners have thought of all the tiny details to make the stay feel like home (kitchen accessories, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc). Communication was good. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. We would stay here again.

Great location and property was good. The park across the street is beautiful. There is some deferred maintenance such as entry steps (front and back) and exterior paint/seals. Plenty of supplies like coffee maker, hot water kettle in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

Place was in a good location with convenient parking. Dryer was broken for the duration of our week stay. Kitchen had most essentials but was missing a baking sheet, foil, and extra trash bags.

Great location

Perfect location for our trip that included day trips to Red Rocks, Golden, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Place was very clean and the private deck was great for coffee and drinks.

Great property, location, and host

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance of our son's house on the Hill so perfect for move in weekend at CU Boulder. Communication with the Property Manager was great and check in was easy. Would stay here again!

Very cozy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and let us check in a bit early. The park less than 50 yards away is fabulous! You can kayak, tube, wade depending on the creek’s level. Very walkable and great bike paths. A Beautiful hike into boulder creek canyon starts there as does a walk to campus. My wife kid and pups LOVED it! The condo is bigger than expected and all appliances worked well. The master bedroom bed was a bit too soft for my back, but I’m a good sized guy. My wife loved it. However, the couch downstairs was perfect, and I slept well. I wish we could have stayed a few days more!

Exactly as expected. They could use a few more mirrors - we had 4 ladies trying to get ready and only bedroom had a mirror and the hall upstairs didn’t have outlets. Other than that/ great walk to park and overall nice experience.

Lovely, cozy home walkable to pearl street

We enjoyed our time at this home. It was a little cozy, but it was perfect for two of us. We really enjoyed being walkable from several trailheads and not far from Pearl Street. But it was still tucked away to feel quiet and secluded.

Nice

Good location. The living space was smaller than we expected, but there was plenty of room. Overall we had a great stay. There were only 2 washcloths which was not ideal, but we made it work. I would stay there again.

Boulder stay

Property was a close enough walk to Pearl Street. Easy walk to some trails. This was the last stop of a two week trip and we wanted to experience Boulder. Check in was easy and the property was conveniently located.
