Our four season cottage is nestled on a quiet street an 8 minute stroll to the beautiful Balm Beach. Large yard is perfect for frisbee games, badminton and evening bonfires. This family friendly cottage has 3 large bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Our driveway allows parking for 2 cars.

A perfect getaway any time of the year. Whether you are looking for a beach getaway, a beautiful fall escape, a winter adventure or a spring retreat, this charming cottage will not disappoint.

Autumn Adventures:
Enjoy all that Tiny and the surrounding area have to offer in the fall. In October, visit Discovery Harbour in Penetanguishene for Pumpkinferno, where you can stroll through enchanting and spooky outdoor Halloween exhibits. The crisp fall air and vibrant foliage make this season a perfect time to explore local trails and attractions. After a day of adventure, return to the cottage to unwind with a bonfire in the yard and a glass of wine. Fire up the BBQ for an al fresco dinner under the stars. As the night winds down, retreat to the coziest beds, with 100% cotton sheets, topped with a plush duvet.

Winter Wonderland:
In winter, immerse yourself in a snowy paradise. Just a 7-minute drive away, you'll find pristine cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, where you can explore the quiet beauty of the winter landscape. For those seeking more excitement, downhill skiing and snowboarding await just 30 minutes away at Mount St. Louis Moonstone. After a day on the slopes, return to the cottage to warm up with some hot chocolate and enjoy a cozy evening. Beginning first week of November we deck the cottage in vintage Christmas decor complete with a Christmas tree in every room!

Summer Fun:
Summer is always a blast in Balm Beach! Spend your days kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. If you're up for a leisurely stroll, Cawaja Beach is a 20-minute walk or a quick 4-minute drive, offering additional sandy shores and clear waters. Don’t miss the stunning sunsets at Balm Beach Smokehouse, where you can relax with a beverage in hand and take in the beauty of the evening.
