Welcome to Moonridge RnR, this is the perfect escape cabin for a couple's getaway or small family to spend a relaxing and comfortable vacation under the stars here in Big Bear. Centrally located near the Alpine Zoo and Bear Mountain Resort you will have the best of local activities right at your fingertips from your cozy two story mountain cottage. complete with a fully fenced and pet friendly private backyard. Come experience the vacation you've been waiting for here at your newest home away from home.
Snuggle up together on the comfy couch as you warm your toes in front of the toasty fireplace within the entry level living room. Knotty pine beamed ceilings pair with big open windows to provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and mountain vibes as you enjoy your vacation together. Around the corner the equipped kitchen offers all that you need to prepare home cooked meals and slope side snacks for your day as well as a cute bistro style dining table so you can enjoy your meals in comfort.
The lower entry level hosts easy and convenient access to the hallway bathroom and main bedroom while the upstairs loft adds to your sleeping quarters to ensure everyone has a comfortable space to get a great night of rest- all of your rooms are made up for your group with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your visit when you arrive. Head out back from the bottom of the stairs to find yourself in a private tree lined and fenced backyard which is perfect for entertaining on the sun deck, you will love spending your evenings unwinding here under the soaring pine trees no matter the season. No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.
There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
