Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for the next guests arrival
If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure
Amenities at the property
• Linens and bathroom towels
- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

Please note that a $75 administration fee will be applied if you cancel the reservation.

​​​​​​​INCLUSIVE RESORT AMENITIES
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse in order to pick up the access card.
-1 to 12 guests is $35
-13+ guests is $45
