Really great place. Walking distance to Little Italy, the Midway, Petco Park, and is close to the airport. Great place for two couples; great size. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the planes taking off. We slept great at night, but during the day it was loud. 18 Uber ride to/from the airport.

Nice Stay!

Although by the airport, the train horn was more bothersome than the noise from the planes. Luckily, based on the previous reviews, I came prepared with my earplugs and had no trouble sleeping. Location was perfect for all of my destinations during my vacation. Good food was never more than a 15 minute or less car ride away. There's a lot of natural sunlight in the kitchen and living room which I love. It would've been nice to have a window covering on the kitchen and front hallway window for evening privacy. I would definitely stay again.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious!

We all felt a huge sigh of relief as we entered this unit. Everything is the way it should be. We were in town to help a family member move and we were super busy. Fortunately, this rental is close to the airport, I-5, “restaurant row”, Little Italy, and downtown. This was a life saver!!

Great place to stay!

This was a great location close to downtown/gaslampBut far enough away that it was peaceful! The space was very clean and had a lot of unexpected amenities like a clothing steamer, iron, coffee and tea! It had a sweet little patio that we sat on from which we could see the lights of downtown and the planes landing at the airport! It was a bit loud with the airport being so close but they stop flying around 10 or so, so the noise didn’t bother while I slept on the living room futon. I will say bring your own hair dryer though, I got so used to hotels that provided a hairdryer so I didn’t bring one but there wasn’t one in this space. Overall we loved it! It was exactly what we were looking for with proximity to restaurants and privacy.

Quaint Unit

We had a good stay at this property. Coffee was available in the unit so that was a plus. We used the unit as homebase to visit local area museums and it was more than sufficient for that. It should be noted that the close proximity to the airport, freeway, and train tracks may be too noisy for some. It would be nice to have lamps in the bedrooms for reading purposes. Overall, it was sufficient for what we were looking for.

Location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go, never more than 15 minutes. Condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Only downside is the airport noise, luckly there is no traffic 11:30 to 6ish. Overall a very comfortable stay!

Our stay at the, Charming Retreat on West Quince, was great! Clean, supplied well, and just as pictured! The view off the balcony was nice of the skyline of downtown at night. Conveniently located near the airport, this isn’t always nice for noise but I slept great and was surprised in fact. This place is roomy! The bedrooms are big and closets in each one, have plenty of room! Thanks to the owner and management of Charming Retreat, for having a safe, great place to use!

Girls Trip

This was a super cute condo. Loved the balcony view which you can see the planes landing and taking off and some views of the water. I had a private chef come in and the spacious kitchen was perfect!! Nothing bad to say at all about the condo. Some suggestions would be to have a pizza cutter and a pizza sheet, oven mitts, and extra towels including wash cloths. Thankfully one of the gals brought some Tide pods with her so we were able to wash the towels. Another suggestion would be to maybe have some blackout curtains. With the time zone difference, we’d wake up thinking this was 8:30a but it was 6:30a. I’d definitely reserve the condo again as it was prime location for everything that we did.
