Property was clean and spacious. We had an inconvenience during our stay with plumbing and AC issues but the property manager was very apologetic and quick to remedy the situation. It’s my understanding they made long term fixes when we left to prevent further issues. We live in the neighborhood and would book again for visiting guests.

Very comfortable stay

This was just what we needed for our business stay. It's an older quiet neighborhood and we never felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice family rental

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We were in town with our familty for a sports competition and needed a comfortable and spacious place to stay. It was a convenient location to a lot of different things.

Great time!

This house is in a great location. It was easy to get to downtown, midtown, the zoo, etc. We loved the private yard and the ability to park behind the fence. We made use of the full kitchen and also played many of the games provided. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a quick Florida getaway for Spring Training Baseball, trip to beach, visiting friends at UT. House is great and has all the amenities. John (owner) was great with communication and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Great location. Super cute decorating and very nice updates. Comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Backyard was so peaceful. Loved the fact that we could park our car within property fence. We will definitely be back!

Spring Training

We had a great time while visiting Tampa and the surrounding areas to see some spring training baseball. The house is centrally located making it easy to navigate the city. The house is clean and updated throughout. The neighborhood is quiet but also very friendly.

My Fraternity brothers came to Tampa for our 84th International Grand Conclave June 26-July 2, 2024. The guests and I ranged in ages from 48-71. It was just what we needed. From the open concept and nice patio that allowed us to easily interact to the sturdy furniture and amenities like the gas grill, corn hole, and stylish decor. I would definitely book again with friends and or family!

Beautiful Home

This home has been beautifully updated, and decorated tastefully. It's in a quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe. The bed in the master was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. I brought my chihuahua and she felt comfortable and enjoyed watching the birds thru the sliding glass door. The yard is fenced in which is great. We didn't have a chance to use the backyard but it felt serene and peaceful. John and Linette were wonderful hosts checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness will never be forgotten. I'd stay at this house again in a heartbeat. It's definitely o e of the nicer ones in the Tampa area for this price range.

A little slice of sweet Florida sunshine!

While our home was being renovated in Tampa, we stayed in this sweet rental for over 4 months. It is in a booming but quaint historic neighborhood called Tampa Heights and within walking/biking distance to the Hillsborough River, Downtown, The Armature Works ( a popular entertainment location on the river) and Ybor City, the historic Cigar Capitol of the world and a very popular entertainment area. The home itself is a perfect little piece of Florida in its lime green color, beautiful fenced in yard and simple tropical feel. I say little because I guess it feels cozy but by no means is it small. It has just been fully rebuilt head to toe. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 beautiful baths, a very large open kitchen/dining/family area and a walk-in laundry room. The amount of windows in the home truly make it a joyful place to wake up everyday. It is fully supplied with the conveniences you would expect including outdoor games and a gas grille, covered patio and covered parking.The owners are very attentive, providing snacks, puzzles, books, bath supplies, and quick response to any questions or needs. We had to extend our stay several times due to construction delays and they made it very easy for us.I would highly recommend this gem as a great gathering place for your family and friends and while I am not eager for more home renovations, I'd love a new excuse to stay here. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Beautiful Compy Home Close to Tampa General Hospital

The purpose of our stay was for medical reasons. I had a scheduled kidney transplant at Tampa General. We live over 2.5 hours away so opted to find a home within close proximity of TGH for follow up appointments. If you are looking for a home for medical visits, this home works well. There are solid flat LVP floors throughout and a walk in shower with a low entry. The owners were attentive and knew I was coming for surgery and swapped out the shower head to a wand shower to make it easier to bath after the hospital stay. They were available for questions and to quickly help when I locked myself out! This home is beautiful, well appointed and about 10-15 minutes from both the transplant center and TGH. It made it easy for my family to get back and forth on surgery day and my post surgical stay. Also, the transplant center visits were a few days a week for a spell so it made for an easy commute. The neighborhood of this home is casual, quaint and charming. Neighbors are friendly. There is a "free little library" one block away (at Marcia's house) and several within walking distance. You can search online or download the app. I used the libraries as recovery walking destinations. There are also a few parks within walking distance. The streets are cobble stone and charming. Post surgery I walked many miles trying to get back to speed. I have walked all over the city and felt safe everywhere I went. We will stay at this property again for follow up medical visits.
