Life eventually took me away from Mexico for work and travel, which only deepened my appreciation for its culture, flavors, and warm hospitality. I want to share that feeling with others, so hosting became a natural way for me to do it.

In Mexico we say, “Mi casa es su casa”—my home is your home. It’s not just a phrase, it’s a promise. As your host, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for, just as I would treat a close friend.
