The stay was great and the location is super nice. Gorgeous area and the kitchen is STOCKED with everything you could need. We did enjoy our stay. However- it's not super comfortable. The hard floors could use some rugs, it makes the space very cold and hard. There wasn't a lot of casual seating for my family (6 adults) and there just isn't a great "gathering space" to relax together. 2 of the spots for sleeping are also a day bed with a trundle. I may have misunderstood that in the listing- but it also wasn't super comfortable for adults. The daybed is also in the basement in a room with a door to outside- not super ideal for any kiddos that might be staying. Host was so kind and communicative though which is always a plus.

Snowbasin Tester

So close to Snowbasin! Everything was clean, check in/out seamless and Fran was very accommodating. We cooked basically all our meals and found no lack of cookware. Love the ice maker!

Weeklong ski trip to Snowbasin

Perfect at Pineview

Loved the location and being able to walk to the beach area and the amenties and parking in the complex were great. Wonderful host make things easy! Definitely plan to stay here again.

Great pet friendly rental

Stayed at this rental during July with two dogs and a baby. Rental was exactly as described and an excellent option for our vacation. We had a mix up upon check in where the unit wasn't cleaned/ready on time but the property contact was great about having it ready for us within a few hours and everything else was perfect. I would recommend to anyone traveling with kids and/or dogs. Great location and easy to find.

Beautiful Mountain Retreat for Summer Vacation

The property was clean and well-appointed. The upstairs primary suite was truly gorgeous! The host was friendly and quick to answer questions. We spent most of our time at the reservoir, but having the pool as an option was nice too. Our teens and the family dog loved having the lower level and we all spent lots of time on the patio watching the beautiful sunsets. The deck off the main floor was perfect for al fresco dining. One morning while enjoying coffee on the deck a hummingbird flew so close I could have touched it! Dog friendly as promised--even a hose to wash muddy/sandy paws (and feet). We would definitely stay here again!

The rental was exact how it was described and everything was clean. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the landlords was easy and very friendly. We enjoyed the staying very much and it would be a place to come back

Family ski trip

Fran was a great host for a 3-generation ski trip to Snowbasin! The condo was a quick drive to the slopes, and it was really convenient having a driveway and garage (warning for larger vehicles like Escalades, extended cab pickups, etc. - your car would likely be too long to fit, but there are parking spaces immediately across from the condo as well). The space was as-advertised. Master suite was huge. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we didn't have to worry about buying dish soap or dishwasher detergent as there was plenty included. Fran was communicative, helping us get moved in and making sure we the condo was to our liking. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to come back for future ski trips!

Had a great time at this condo. Loved the size of the home, comfy fire and beds and hot tub right across the road. Our dogs were happy! Needed a few more accessories like more coffee and maybe more spices in the kitchen. Other than that, excellent.

One of The Best Vacation Rentals

From location to layout, space to supplies, furnishing to functionality, this vacation rental is one of the best that we have come across over years of our recreational travels. Two things that really impressed us are outstanding storage options for rental guests and impeccable cleanliness throughout the unit. Many vacation rentals are cluttered with owner's items that leave little space for guests. And we have experienced sub-par cleaning jobs done in much fancier units. The abundance of closet drawer spaces for guests and spotless conditions upon checking in are truly exceptional. The ability to park in a private garage during winter ski season is also very much appreciated. We will certainly consider it for our future trips in the area.

Simply a perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute. The unit I perfectly located for skiing at Snow Basin, just a short drive of about 10 min. The communication with the host was very good, fast and helpful. Also the level of details in the unit itself was above average what we experience in other rental unit. Overall a 5+ rating from our end.

Convenient Location for wedding at Snowbasin Resort

Clean and neat for our stay. Very good location with a short drive to Ogden, UT for dining and cruising along Utah’s Fruit Way highway 89 for wonderful produce and fruit right off the farm fresh. Snowbasin Resort just a few miles away for hiking and mountain biking summer activities.
