This rental was extremely clean and everything was as listed. Beautiful balcony view. The grounds/pool were beautiful and well maintained. The parking lot was spacious instead of cramped. If you like to walk, Treasure Island beach bars/restaurants all within walking distance. A few minor items reported to facility management who were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

View was amazing. Room was very clean. Everything you needed for cooking was there. Queen room was kind of small, but comfortable. Updates could be used, but overall everything was nice and comfortable. We ended up getting a lot of rain due to TD Bertha, so it would have been nice to have some board games available for those days. Close to John’s Pass, which is a great place to walk around, do some shopping and have lunch/dinner. Make sure to bring bath soap and dish soap as limited supply provided. Also shampoo/conditioner as this was not provided. Cafe at complex was great. We had breakfast there several mornings. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was accurately described. Very clean. Good location. Lots of towels. All dishes and cookware necessary. Very nice pool. Had a great time!

We had a great experience staying here. The location was perfect. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The pool was nice and refreshing. The bar downstairs was open, and we liked the food from the cafe. The unit had extra pool and beach toys for use, along with some chairs. We would stay here again. The only draw back is there is no way to mop the floors, only vacuum/ sweep and with sand it was nice to at least have that. Overall, great vacation!

There was plenty of room in the condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool heating was not working, so we did not swim. It was hard to find empty lounge chairs around the pools. The beach was beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

Thanks so much! Great view and location right on the beach. There are a couple things showing wear in the unit. Might want to replace TP holder in hall Bathroom. Couch is butt sprung. I can see why this condo is so well used with such a great view!

Great property and great location

This condo was just as described. Like other comments previously, I think the sofa could use an update (not comfortable to sit on). This was pretty much our only complaint with this condo. The view was lovely, the beds were comfy, everything worked well. The closet with leftover beach gear was a nice touch! We loved the pool and easy beach access as well. There is even a small restaurant on site with a lovely, helpful staff and an ice cream shop right next door! We would definitely stay here again!

Pros outweighed cons! Great place!!

We loved the condo! The extra beach chairs and toys were a bonus. Plenty of room and the resort grounds were very nice. There was a few imperfections, but nothing major. There was little to no water pressure in the kitchen, but showers were fine. A little surprising that there were zero extra toilet paper rolls, dishwasher detergents, paper towels. But we bought them and all was fine! We would stay again!

Very good location. Check in process was a little confusing. The Password given was not correct. Was not told that you need to re-connect to the internet daily. I feel the log in the unit needs to be updated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I left a detailed list of issues in the envelope that was left with the maid. I don't know if that list got back to you but it should. There were a lot of issues that should be corrected and several that should not have existed.

The condo was very clean. It would have been nice to have pool or beach towels, but the coolers and chairs were and plus. I would recommend great 7 days. Use the pool the most since the weather was quite humid.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo through VRBO for the middle of July. Initial impressions of the condo were not the best. The carpet is fairly old, the furniture was extremely uncomfortable and not enough room for all 4 of us to sit and watch tv or relax after a long day in the sun. It just felt as if the condo hasn't been kept up. However, it did seem clean and there was a strong smell of powder in the bedrooms. I am assuming it was some kind of carpet deodorizer because the smell faded as the week went on - thank goodness. Another negative was the amount of noise at night that can be heard from the condo above or people on their balconies. Positives include the proximity to the beach, a nice pool, and within walking distance of John's Pass. The condo also had several items you can use for the beach and poos (chairs, sand toys, inflatables, boogie boards, etc.). I don't know if it was an oversight of the cleaning service, but no paper towels were provided. I've never stayed in a condo that did not provide at least one roll of paper towels. Other than that, the kitchen had ample dishes, etc.
