**The sea wall is exposed. You can walk across the top of the seawall just a few feet before it leads directly into the sandy beach.

Located south of South Haven and north of St. Joseph, Sunnier Daze Along Lake Michigan provides a gorgeous backdrop for creating beach memories with your family. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms you will enjoy the comfortable space between the lake houses on this sandy beachfront home, Wi-Fi, TV, full kitchen and both a ping-pong and a pool table. The veranda overlooking Lake Michigan is a dreamy spot to watch the sunset.

Topping out at 4815 sq. ft. Sunnier Daze Along Lake Michigan comes equipped with full kitchen, including a dishwasher, large windows, with both upstairs and downstairs outside sitting areas. There is plenty of space next to the lake house for playing catch, a family volleyball or badminton game (bring your own equipment) or kickball.

While there is space between the lake houses, we adhere to a good neighbor policy and expect our guests to stay on the property directly in front of the Sunnier Daze Along Lake Michigan lake house. While you may walk the beach in either direction, please lounge and gather with your family/friends on the property itself.

Beach/Swimming: As of June 2023-there are stairs down to the seawall, which walking across leads right to the sandy beach. There is currently enough room that kids can play in the sand and enough to "lay out". Nature changes the coastline every year.

Cell phone service: Generally decent cell service, yet it can be intermittent since we are located in a rural area.

Dock: We do not currently have a dock on Lake Michigan

Drinking Water: Drinkable Well Water(reverse osmosis system) can have slight sulfur smell

Fire Pit: Yes! Propane fire pit. Please enjoy an evening by the fire while adhering to the following guidelines.
- Quiet time is after 9:00pm.
- Do not put wood in firepit.

Internet: YES! Capable of working from home!

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival.

Neighbors: Please be conscientious of the nearby neighbors, especially near the fire pit. You are within a cottage community. Please, no loud music or smoking either inside or outside the cabin.

Parking: There is enough parking for up to 5 cars along with trailer space. You are able to park on the long driveway or the parking area. You MUST have all 5 cars in the parking area and NOT on the street.

Pets: Pets are not allowed due to allergies

Privacy: Enjoy your private time with your family. The neighbors are visible, yet VERY quiet. PLEASE follow suit and adhere to the good neighbor policy. Respecting their space and unnecessary noise is key. So please be considerate of them and courteous of a 9:00 pm quiet time as they are sensitive to loud noise.

Smoking: No smoking allowed of any kind, on or in the property. Due to the close proximity of the neighbors, it is strictly prohibited.

Snowmobiling: Not the ideal place for snowmobiling. Cannot ride from the house to trails. Closest trail is over 8 miles away (LP590).

Space: 2 stories: main floor and ground floor which walks out onto the patio and beach area.

Towels: Yes, we provide towels. It's always good to bring extra though. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Beach towels are not currently provided.

TV's: Living Room, Recreational room, and every Bedroom features a TV with streaming capability

Washer and dryer: YES! On lower level and Main Floor. Laundry detergent is provided to guests

Wood: Not needed firepit and fireplaces are gas
