Excellent house for a large gathering. The best equipped kitchen I have ever seen, a large lawn for playing catch and a big fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We were a group of 13 and we cooked and hung out comfortably all weekend. Would absolutely come again.

We absolutely love this house! This was our third time staying and we already have a fourth trip booked. It is very clean, has plenty of space for 5 families, and the pool is an added bonus for warm September days. There are plenty of sitting areas to play games, puzzle, and read. The kids love the toy baskets and outside play area. For a big family like ours, it has the perfect kitchen for cooking and baking. We highly recommend Gray Haven!

What a fantastic property. It was everything I hoped for and more. The rooms were all plenty big enough & clean. The kitchen….omgoodness!! The room in it was awesome! Plus the pool. We got lucky and had the most spectacular weather. It was perfect for our family. Eric was very quick to answer any questions we had. If you have a large family, this place is for you!!! Show stopper!!

This was the 1st weekend family reunion and we couldn't have picked a better place to fit all of our needs. Because our count exceeded 20 people, we also rented the home next door. We LOVED it! Eric is attentive and immediately responded when we had questions. Pawpaw lake and grocery stores are less than a 10min drive. The home has everything and more!

If you have a large family and want to do a quick weekend vacation this house is amazing. The pool was perfect for the kids and even us adults getting to sit on the deck. The host was so great with responses when I had a question. Aside from running short on towels this house was perfect with so much more sleeping areas and fun lofts to sleep in for the kids. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect family getaway!

The house was wonderful! Perfect for the 17 of us(ranging in ages from 64-3months).The kitchen had very thing you needed and we never felt cramped.Absolutely loved the big dinning room table so we could all eat together!We used the pool everyday-couldn’t get the kids out of it!We hope to return soon-thank you.

Beautiful Home

This house truly is amazing. It is huge. Perfect for large groups and families. Tons of kids stuff, nice deck and pool. The host welcomes you in with nice extras and amenities like coffee, snacks, eggs and milk. The kitchen has every dish and tool you need and the ones you don’t even know you’ll need. Great family and dinner spaces. Lots a of care and thoughtfulness went into anticipating guests needs. Lake Michigan is five minutes away! A Harding’s grocery store is only 8 minutes away. St Joe is 15 minutes away. This is a great place to getaway for a weekend or a week with your kids, grandkids or friends.

We had a large family gathering and this house was perfect! Kitchen is great, plenty of space for gathering, the extra lofts were a big hit. The bedrooms are all equally great. Some stairs are a little steep but there’s baby gates basically everywhere to prevent much concern there. They put a lot of thought and care into this place. Definitely recommend!

We've stayed at this house three times now, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful! The home is always spotless, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas, every detail is clearly cared for. Our family had such a great time making memories here, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip back. Since our family has expanded, we had also rented White Haven this trip. Eric was a wonderful host!

We loved this property so much that we booked it again for next year, even before we left! We had a family vacation here with 8 adults and 8 little kids, ages 6 years to 2 months. This home has plenty of space for a large group with great separation of sleeping areas. The family room was our favorite spot to hang out together, it is just huge but so comfortable and well done. The dining room table sat all of our family comfortably, which is quite a feat! The hosts have put much thought into providing everything needed for a wonderful stay, right down to bins of toys for the kids. The pool was a big hit and got used several times a day. And the fire pit was also great with lots of seating and fire wood provided. This is a beautiful home in a very private setting but not far from stores, parks and beaches. We loved it!

Great house for a large family!

We recently stayed here for a family gathering, accommodating 12 kids aged 1 to 13 and 7 adults. The house had plenty of space for our large group and lots of toys for the kids. All the kids loved playing in the pool. One thing that stood out was how well-stocked the house was, perhaps the best I've seen in our Vrbo experiences. There were plenty of snacks available upon our arrival, which was a nice touch.The house itself is beautiful and looks just as it does in the pictures. Overall, it served our needs well for the gathering. It’s a solid option for anyone looking to host a large family get-together.

Annual family weekend

Fantastic retreat of a property! We had a 20 people and a wide variety of ages, with the youngest grandchild being 5 and grandma at 78 but this house had it all to keep everyone entertained. Its also a quick drive to st joseph and south haven. Kitchen was very well equiped and the host even provided some complementary snacks and drinks. While the weather didnt fully cooperate, it didnt stop some of the kids from enjoying the pool. But even without the pool, the yard had plenty of room to run and a fire pit. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

Excellent for a big group

Our group of 14 was stunned by how beautiful the house was and how comfortable we all fit. Eric added so many extra touches that took the hospitality over the top. We loved hanging out on the pool deck, sharing a meal around the large table and playing games in the big family room. We had a perfect weekend.

Perfect for big groups

We stayed at this home with my children, their spouses, grandchild, and a few of the wedding party, for my son's wedding nearby. The house was perfect for big meals, yard games and plenty of room to spread out for makeup and hair! Wish we had more time to spend there and enjoy all it had to offer!

Perfect for Large Families

We love staying at Gray Haven. This was our second visit and we already have the home reserved for another year. We love having a large kitchen to prepare meals, a dining table that will fit everyone together and all the places we can relax around the house. The host is quick to respond and very friendly. Gray Haven is perfect for large family gatherings!

A spot with great indoors and outdoors

This house is a wonderful place for a family trip. Its size and delightfully unusual layout (including its extremely large number of beds and enormous great room) are hard to describe adequately. Also worthy of note is the kitchen, which was equipped with everything even a gourmet chef could dream about. Perhaps the best part, though, is the family-oriented outdoor areas, including a terffic heated swimming pool (which we stayed in for entire afternoons) and deck, a large covered porch, a fire pit with a gargantuan quantity of firewood and a huge grassy play area made for kids and dogs. Even with some rainy weather, we could not have had a better long weekend.
