Our home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread out over a single level.

Three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and luxurious linens, with the master having a private ensuite.

The fourth bedroom is set up with 2 king single bunk beds which will comfortably sleep both kids and adults.

There is a large open plan living and dining space attached to the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.

Access to the deck is via the main living room, and is the perfect spot to enjoy the BBQ and watch an amazing sunset or spot koala.

The home is a short walk to the Soldiers Point Marina, Bannisters Port Stephens and a number of stunning beaches.

There is ample parking in the driveway for two cars and a boat, however, please do not park on the grass.

Property Notes:

There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed per booking.

Linen is included.

There is a strict no party policy.

Please note the following additional fees may be charged for:
- $60 cleaning fee for the BBQ if it is not left clean
- $60 for stains on the carpet around the kitchen/dining area
- $60 for grease stains on the pavers around the BBQ
- $150 for lost kitchen knives

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the back patio and any adjacent areas.

Please be respectful of our neighbours and their property, with no excessive noise between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.

Please note if the gas for the BBQ runs out, swap and go and keep the receipt for reimbursement.

Pets are not welcome at this property.
