The main level features a private queen bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with fireplace views, and a cozy living room with reclining seating and a beautiful see-through gas fireplace. A bright enclosed 3-season porch provides additional space for morning coffee, reading, or quiet evenings.

Two additional upstairs bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families and small groups:

• one bedroom with a full bed
• one bedroom with two twin beds

Outdoors, guests enjoy a fully fenced backyard featuring patio dining, a propane grill, chiminea, fire pit, and a 96-jet hot tub available year-round.
