You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.




SELECT two rooms of your own choice. Choose the two rooms you would like to use from the four available to suit your group needs.
Only two bedrooms are available for the allocated guests. Guests have access to all areas of the house apart from the garage.

THE HOUSE
This is a large, spacious, air-conditioned two-storey home with a wrap-around balcony, situated directly opposite the endlessly blue Indian Ocean and a cycle path. Perfect for an active holiday, family vacation or romantic get-away!

TOP STOREY: This storey offers two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a wrap-around balcony where you can watch the sunset over the rolling waves. There is a spacious living area and a games/reading area with plenty of books, DVD's and board games to choose from. The extendable dining table can seat 12 people at one time.

KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA: The kitchen is stocked full of everything you need to cook a meal for your hungry family or a tantalising gourmet meal for two. Enjoy a freshly brewed coffee with the coffee machine, tea or milo while you take a breath and relax.
There is a large flat-screen TV, free Wifi, a DVD player, board games and books galore.

BOTTOM STOREY: The bottom storey includes a bedroom with four brand new bunk beds, bathroom and toilet. It also has a laundry with a large washing machine and a dryer which are available for use.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, walk-in robe, ocean views and access to the balcony with outdoor setting. There is access to the balcony and a desk with an office view to kill for.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed with a built-in robe.
Bedroom 3 has 2 comfortable bunk beds (one with double bed bottom) and built-in robe.
Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds

PLEASE NOTE: We have a Goldilocks rule! Each bedroom used by a guest beyond the two allocated will incur an extra $65 cleaning fee charged to us by our cleaners.

DINING:
The dining table seats 12 people comfortably with the opportunity to have the sweeping ocean scenery while you eat.

CHILDREN:
There is a childproof gate above the stairs to protect your little ones. We also have a porta cot and high-chair for your use.
