This inviting one-bedroom, one-bath getaway offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The living area features cozy furnishings and a sleeper sofa, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking mountain views and crisp alpine air — the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Guests will appreciate the easy access to local conveniences, including nearby restaurants, a supermarket, and a movie theater, all just a short walk away. The free local shuttle makes it simple to explore nearby towns and resorts without needing to drive.

Ideally situated near world-class ski destinations — Keystone (11 min), Copper Mountain (16 min), Breckenridge (21 min), and Vail (32 min) — Alpine Ridge A25 offers year-round access to outdoor adventures, from skiing and snowboarding to hiking, biking, and water sports at Dillon Reservoir.

This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Perfect location in the heart of the fun

This unit was great all around....booking agent staff really friendly and helpful...equidistant between A basim and Copper mtn...wonderful ...lots of eateries and grocery walking distance from unit

Convenient location

Enjoy our stay at the property in Dillon. We found its location was convenient for us skiing at several different resorts. Place was very comfortable and has everything we needed. Thanks.

Great Value

Clean, very comfortable bed and convenient location. Pro tip, the washer hot/cold are reversed so check with your hand to get the temp you want.

Nice location and property

Photos are all accurate. Property is located above the strip mall in photos on third level. Stairs or elevator to get to apt level. Email from property manager was very detailed, provides what you need to know. Assigned parking is located north of the bank. Nicely stocked kitchen if you want to stay in.Only drawback is the bedroom is upstairs, about 16 steps. No a/c but owner has provided a room fan and open windows at night pulls in mtn air. A nice, clean place to stay.

Great Location for a Ski Trip.

Great location. Could walk to many places that I needed and wanted to go. Yes even in winter. Those included City Market grocery store, Dillon Dam Brewery, and many restaurants. Kitchen had all utensils that I needed for my breakfast and dinner needs. Not too noisy, could hear a dog when walking outside in the hall but did not disturb when hanging out or sleeping. Only complaint is the tub did not drain very well. Not disastrous but a bit of annoyance for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It's actually two floors - living room/kitchen/half bath on one and the bedroom & full bath on the other. The layout works very well for us. The unit is over 800 ft, along with the split layout, it feels larger and provides ample space for the two of us. The ground level of the building is for business. Except for a small Latino supermarket, all businesses are professional services so there isn't too much foot traffic in general. Initially, I was concerned with the potential noises from Highway 6 that's next to the building. While we could hear some of the traffic noises from the bedroom, they were more like background noises and didn't bother us at all. The view from the bedroom is great - you can see the mountains in the distance. The bedroom faces east so you get plenty of sunlight in the morning. I enjoyed doing stretches in the spacious bedroom before heading out for skiing or reading a book before sleeping. It's a very homey place. The unit is well maintained and clean. Kitchen has everything we need to make meals. City Market is just a short walk away, making grocery trips convenient. All in all, this is a very comfortable place for the two of us. Can't be happier!

When we arrived at the property we were surprised to find that the bedroom was upstairs. Nowhere in the description did it state that the bedroom was upstairs. Also, not one of the 24 pictures that they posted about this property even showed a staircase. This is deceptive marketing. We are in our late 60's and my husband has had numerous back surgeries so we are cognizant of how properties are laid out. We would not have booked this property if we knew the bedroom was upstairs. The couch appears older and is dirty. Because it is a pullout couch, the cushions on one side of the L shaped couch slant down and are hard to sit on due to the downward angle. That being said, this unit has everything you need including a washer and dryer. It is close to restaurants and other amenities.
