It wasn’t bad but maybe needs to be portrayed as a smaller venue.. Definitely just for a couple.. The AC did not keep up, and NO ceiling fans.. They did provide a small table fan, was so grateful for.. I liked the place and location was perfect..

Cabin close to lake

Nice cabin near the lake. Smaller than expected, but still cute. The title said it included boat slip, but that is an additional fee, just would be good to know. It might have been somewhere in fine print, but the title of cabin said it was included. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Very responsive manager

We had some problems with our first unit but the manager moved us to a better unit. It took up much of our afternoon but after that all went well.

Small

This property is pretty small but has everything you need other than you might want to bring extra fans since the one AC unit doesn’t push too much air into the bedrooms. The bedroom walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling which is good to know when bringing infants with you for sound and light purposes.

Great location on Table Rock

Loved the location on Table Rock Lake and the proximity to Branson, without the Branson hassle. The amenities are small but we didn’t plan on spending waking hours there. Loved the keyless entry. The parking is shared with surrounding guests and “sharing” the parking spaces wasn’t always ideal. There was only 1 mirror in the room (in the bathroom) and there isn’t a fan in the bathroom, so doing hair and makeup with a mirror that was always fogged wasn’t ideal. Also the TV remote controlled the fireplace as well, so changing the channel also turned on the fireplace, changing channels was also turning on and off the fireplace with each click on the button. The property was well kept and quiet. We misunderstood the listing as the boat parking use of the ramp wasn’t included in price.

Awful experience! Very poor and unprofessional!

We booked this place to get away for the weekend. In the booking they claim to have a pool. They have a pool, but it doesn’t have any water in it. We wanted to take our 14 month old son to swim and stay at a little cabin where we didn’t have to go far and they didn’t have it. They didn’t even let us know after we booked. We get there and there is a PAMPHLET of the pool and rules when you get in the room. They could have at least took that out. The only reason we booked there was because of what they said they had to offer. We would have rather spent money on a hotel that was a lot cheaper that had a pool or another place with a pool. Instead we wasted money on this place. When contacting the manager or the number given to contact and asked for some kind of compensation they said that they would ask the owners. Then said the excuse was that they have new owners and no way to get to the listing on this site.. if that’s true then how did they know we booked with them? Seems very dishonest. The lady told me we would hear from the owners on Monday, and we have yet to hear anything. Very unprofessional! We ended up leaving early because it wasn’t even worth staying there! This place was very poor and I would not recommend! The pictures don’t match the listing! So just beware before booking! Don’t spend your money here, find somewhere else that actually is truthful and professional!
