The Space:

A fantastic free standing townhouse, designed in the shape of a sail, split over two levels and located in a tourist hot spot in central New Plymouth. It is a short stroll to Pukekura Park, Womad, Racecourse, Bowl of Brookland's, TSB Stadium, cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. City Sails is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. Located in a quiet side street in the city, you won't need your car here as all major attractions are only a short stroll away.



From mid-December until early February, Pukekura Park is transformed for the Festival of Lights. You can enjoy lighting displays set among the beautiful botanic gardens, take a picnic down to The Hatchery lawn, and listen to free live music most nights during this Festival. A must to visit.
