Raglan Family Holiday Stays

Relaxing, full 3 bedroom home, with tidal views of the harbour. Ideal for a family retreat. A short 10 minute walk, or 1 minute drive into the main town. Approximately, 10 minute drive to the main surf spots.

Great entertaining deck downstairs, with viewing decks accessible on the second floor and WIFI available throughout the house. No TV but you're welcome to bring your own device.

Raglan main town is very close, so easy to access all the shops, takeout and fine dinning opportunities (you can even walk home after a night out!)

The downstairs living area has an air conditioning unit (or heat pump) and there are heaters in each room to make sure your stay is as warm as needed.

The upstairs is almost a full living area by itself with a lounge area, Queen bed and full bathroom. While downstairs is a spacious 2 bedroom living area with full kitchen, lounge and dinning area. Some coffee and tea provided but it is suggested you bring your favourite items.

The kitchen has all the utensils you should need and has the following appliances: microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and stove top.

There are two full bathrooms; one upstairs and one down stairs. The down stairs bathroom has a separate toilet.

For sleeping, there are 2 x Queen beds and 3 single beds (including 1 x bunk set). Linen & bath towels are provided for each bed at the house.

We are OK to have more people stay than there are beds, but please let us know prior to booking and any extra sleeping arrangements & equipment will be the responsibility of the visitors.

Please bring your own beach towels.

No big parties and please be respectful of the neighbours.

Note, the entrance driveway and the concreted space to the left of the garage must be kept clear at all times to allow access to another dwelling on the property (which is tenanted). Apart from the shared access space, the houses are completely separate and private from each other.

Pet friendly, but there is an additional charge and visitors with pets must clean up after their pets for the comfort of others.

Minimum booking of two nights.

Delightful beautiful views

Satisified all our needs, very tidy place right next door to our Granddaughters wedding event.My husband inadvertly pick up a bedroom cushion please feel to charged us as the cushion is obviously KMart and couriering it back down would cost more than the small bedroom accessory. let us know how much to replace it. Satisfied customer would recommend.Very sorry he thought was ours!!

This property is well suited for family beach holidays, with bare floors and lots of opening windows and doors. Private setting, and the view was a bonus.

Great Place

Nice house with enough parking and communal space. Very close to town and it had a nice view. We only anticipated there to be a hot tub, which we couldn't find on the property.

A great bach!

Had a good range of kitchen equipment. Two bathrooms were great for 2 families. Spacious for children to play inside. Bare floor though noisy and cold. Luckily we took extra blankets for a cold weekend. Children had spare blankets though. A little dissapointed no spa as advertised unless this meant bath tubs? However would love to stay again in the future!

Spacious bach, very clean and in quiet location within easy walking distance to town. One thing that might enhance experience even further would be having bedside lamps; not a show stopper though. Would rent again in an instant.

Raglan House Stay

The house was as advertised - basic perhaps but clean and everything worked as it should. Quiet location with a fairly easy to walk to town (but a bit of a hill on the way back - the food at the local pub was well worth the walk. Ideal for the 6 adults (and one dog) staying. Considering this was my first trip to Raglan in at least 50 years I was happy with the whole set-up as were our guests from the UK. We would consider staying again should we be in the area in the future

Family Gathering

The property was Ok though WiFi was unreliable, the outdoor furniture was in need of replacement and the flooring may very bare making the house overly bland. Laundry facilities would have been very helpful also. That said the house served its purpose and was fine without being great.

Excellent location, great bach!

We really enjoyed our stay in Raglan. This lovely house is in a great location. Beautifully clean, spacious and has everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be a BBQ. I did wonder however, about why the listing says sleeps 10 but at present there are only 7 beds. Not a problem for us but might be a bit mis-leading for some. Thank you very much, loved our time in Rags.

A comfortable stay .. plus the two 'must haves' a comfortable bed & a good shower. No TV .. good WiFi. A convenient 15min walk to the Village .. 20mins back. Will stay again.
