House was great. Communication was awful. Listing shows along with instructions within the house that to utilize the spa we just needed to press a button. That feature never worked properly during out stay. The first evening after multiple trouble shooting attempts we got the spa running. The next day it wouldnt heat and no jets would work. We reached out to the contact with no word back after multiple texts and calls. Even called the 800number for help on which case no contact was available when they tried 3 others and left message for the owners. We waited all day for some resolution or response to the messages. Again in the evening I sent a message for assistance and an additional hour later we finally got a response and the spa was turned on for us. It was 830p. So essentially our only full day at the house without the one amenity that we actually booked the house for! We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday girls ONLY request was to have a hot tub. So that being ruined for us was especially heart breaking on this trip. We loved everything about this stay except the hot tub situation, the fridge cant keep up w ice and the provided additional ice maker does not work, and the absolute awful Communication from the contact that was supposed to be available to assist us. Would only return if that contact was not our go to person again. I can not emphasize enough how that dampened our trip and how a back up should be in place for help!
