Marina Vista is a beautiful self contained home with great views overlooking Martha Cove Marina.

The upstairs of our home has one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with a shower and bathtub.

An open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
A balcony to soak up the beautiful marina views while enjoying a glass of wine.

The downstairs area has a laundry (washer and dryer), another lounge area and access to the private garden.

Guest amenities - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream.

A BBQ is also provided for cooking outside.

Linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Wall mounted Smart TV in the lounge and bedroom with Netflix access.

Ducted heating and split system air conditioning.

Walking distance to beaches and a short drive to the Peninsula wineries, restaurants, hiking trails, mountain biking and much more!

Parking:
You can park in the driveway, but please be advised that the driveway is very steep. If you want to park in the driveway we recommend to drive to the end of the road, turn around and access the driveway that way.

Should you have a low vehicle or decide that you don't want to use the driveway you can park your car on the top of the road (park bay in front of property) and walk down the driveway to the property.
