The highly sought-after community has a gym, clubhouse, library, pickle-ball courts, and tennis along with several additional pools. Fully furnished, your home away from home boasts a screened-in balcony where you can appreciate the tranquility of the area, and watch the birds as you enjoy your morning coffee.

As you enter this spacious unit with modern decor, you will find a comfortable leather couch and recliner where you can convene with friends and family to watch a movie on your flat-screen TV. The dining area features a wooden dining table where everyone can gather to enjoy their favorite culinary experience with seating for up to 6. The quaint kitchen offers appliances including a stove and refrigerator for you to prepare a delicious meal, as well as a counter area complete with counter stools to grab a quick bite!

The cozy master suite features a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as an en suite private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and tile backsplash. The inviting guest bedroom includes two cozy twin-size beds with an accordion door for your privacy, and the guest bathroom includes a tub and shower. There is also a washer/dryer in case you need to catch up on some laundry. This home sleeps up to 4 people.

The community of Bird Bay also has its own golf course, where you can play a few rounds of golf for a fee (rates available upon request). Ideally located, this home is close to Tamiami Trail (US 41), offering the convenience of several nearby stores and restaurants, some within walking distance. From this home you will find access to the adjacent Legacy Trail Bike/walking path located just on the outskirts of Bird Bay along with the convenience of a bike rental shop just across Tamiami Trail.
