We stayed at this unit in January 2026. Overall, very good with some opportunities. We selected this location specifically based on the unit size, golf and other amenities.Wellen park GCCPositives:Nice community, all amenities new and great shapeGolf course is new and in good condition.Downtown Wellen is great, many dining optionsOpportunities:Working with the club house and obtaining member/parking cards was frustrating and not well communicated – the golf club was transferred to the HOA in Jan. so it seems like learning curve issuesGolf fee for renters was raised to 60pp as of Jan.1, from what we originally thought was 30 ppTee time reservations system is not easy to understand and t times in the AM were impossible to obtainCommunity is still under construction, road construction and closures for pool and sauna were unexpected and disruptiveUnitPositives:Extremely clean and like newOwner is extremely responsive with any issues or questionsQuietBedding is decent, master bedroom mattress a bit firm for me but new Great layout and lots of space New appliances, including washer and drierOpportunities:Unit is minimally appointed, adequate for basic needs but no beach equipment, sports equipment and kitchen is not appointed for any serious cooking, basics are fine. We did point out some needs to the owner, which they addressed quickly.Seating on lanai and counter only for twoInstructions for unit operations would be helpful (trash, lighiting, TV etc.)
