Looking for comfort in a beach condo at a good affordable price - this unit is it. Cute White Wicker furnishings throughout with bright color accents everywhere. There is a king sized bed in the master, a full & twin in the 2nd bedroom, sleeper sofa in LR. Included in this condo are 3TVs, DVD player, and full size washer & dryer. White raised panel cabinets and white appliances give the kitchen a great open & bright feel. The view from the lanai takes in the both the pool and the gulf. All condos are equipped with at least 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and 4 beach towels. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, ON PATIOS OR ANY COMMON AREAS OF PROPERTY. THIS UNIT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Amazing vacation steps away from the beach

Check in was alittle rough due to “ technical issues” and not receiving the door code but was fixed with a simple call to the property manager. Other than that the property was exactly as it was listed and perfect in every aspect. Small amount of construction going on around the property which is to be expected but did not interfere with our vacation at all.

Overall, check-in, communication, and cleanliness was remarkable. Mid-stay, an unannounced intruder breeched our sense of security that Sanibel has offered our family for the past 45 years. The incident was documented and verbalized to the manager who quickly passed blame to the on-site manager and suggested I take time to speak with said manager. No corrective action was taken for the frightening disturbance. Furthermore, 1/3 of the TVs advertised are in proper working condition (master bedroom TV was manual operation due to a malfunctioning remote). We paid a premium (over $500/nt) for this stay to have our security compromised and the burden of non-functioning appliances.

Lovely Condo

Very nice condo with a cute shell/beach decor. Garden view but still could see the pool and the ocean in the distance. We enjoyed the screened patio. Washer/dryer much appreciated. Big clean pool. Short walk to the beach. I didn't find any type of beach supplies except beach towels. We rented bikes.
