Welcome to A Wave from it All! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals , Harbour Isle is a beautiful gated community with the award-winning $4.2M Beach club directly on the Intracoastal. Guests who book for 30 days or more can enjoy access to all the impeccable amenities Harbour Isle has to offer. With a 4200 sq. ft fitness center, sky bar, restaurant, activities, kayaking, outside bar area, and a heated resort size pool and spa directly on the water. There is even a beach area to enjoy the views of the water and outstanding sunsets. There are three additional heated pools, parks, and bike and walking trails throughout the community. Guests who book shorter than 30 days have access to the heated pool outside of the unit, as well as the grills!

Located off of Anna Maria Island right before the Manatee Bridge, these homes are located less than a mile away from Manatee Beach. Enjoy the island life while staying in this home. You'll have countless restaurants and attractions to choose from, anywhere from water rentals, fresh seafood restaurants, and local shops, not to mention the friendly people that live there, and the beautiful beaches.

This exquisite floor plan features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a screened balcony. Chefs will love the well-appointed kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, premium cabinetry, and a large center island that opens to the bright and airy living room. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa, recliner, and beautiful HD TV. To the left of the kitchen, you will see a full dining room set for 6. Moving into the master bedroom, you'll have a king-size bed, HD TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. One guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, HD TV, and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The last guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and an HD TV; there is a full guest bathroom right down the hall.

Right outside the gates a new Marina with wet and dry slips. Also, Margaritaville is coming to Harbour Isle with restaurants, entertainment, and shops. If you're looking for a true waterfront community that is private and gated with great amenities only a mile from the beaches of Anna Maria Island and a mile from the walking and biking trails of Robinson Preserve, then you need to see this outstanding home. We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the pool area was a really nice spot to relax. Very nice location. Condo was clean, Great stay and felt like home!Just a suggestion: Pillows were flat and uncomfortable, lack of/ poor quality of pots and pans.Would have been nice to have a little more necessities as salt-pepper, paper towel and tissue!. The beach chairs were old and needed to be replaced, we also could have greatly benefited from a beach umbrella!!! Such a great vacation home!

The layout was ideal, and everything felt clean and comfortable. We could walk to the beach and enjoy amazing sunsets, and the local spots nearby were a bonus. Truly a memorable trip!

Overall experience was pretty good, had a little issue when checking in due to a missing key and incorrect gate code however my dinner was reimbursed for the issue, thank you . Also due to the gate code not working our second vehicle in our group had to come and go with me ,we couldn't split up. This was very inconvenient because each unit only has one gate fob and I have an infant that needs oxygen therapy at times and can't handle the sun as long as others in our group. Lastly furniture on back porch was very dry rotted on the seats and felt like they are about to give out at anytime. Some positives are the unit was stocked very nicely and a beautiful place to stay.

Overall, our stay was fantastic!

After we got settled in and knew how to get in it. :) I absolutely loved the grounds. The amenities were spectacular like the pool, splash pad, grilling area, play area, and the outdoor kitchen/lounge area by the pool. everything was spaced out really well. There was an elevator to get up to the unit. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The lanai was huge with a beautiful sunrise view. The communication to get into the gated community and into the unit itself, unfortunately was horrible and frustrating. They gave instructions, but not instructions that actually worked to get in. We called and texted and the property managers did not seem to know exactly how to get in. We did eventually get in after asking people nearby where to go. Also, I wish there were more beach/pool items provided for us to play with.

Our family’s experience at this property is poorly managed by the host and Gulf Coast Realty. I was given directions to go pick up the keys at the office at their lock box and no keys were there. I was also then given an access gate code to get in that went to the owner that never answered. Also, the check in instructions never had the unit number on it, I had to google it! The key fob provided did not work for access to the pool and the front gate, it took 4 days before I was able to get a replacement and only one set of keys for a family. Security would not let my pre-registered daughter into the property. The unit itself is fine however a towel and linen company should be provided, for sanitary reasons, hence bring your own towels.

Nice condo

Condo was very nice overall. Needs updated rugs and more comfy bedding. Check in instructions were messy and the company that was supposed to be the management company seemed to know little. Three gates later we finally got into the property. Pool was very small and the pictures showed a few other pools which we did not have access too. After complaining they did allow us a later check out which helped.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms clean comfortable space and everything that came with our rental. Only hiccup was opening the lock to access and then return the keys. Lol had to call property manager and get assistance but no other issues.

Great deal

We had a good experience but were very disappointed with the ant problem. There were ants everywhere, including on the sofa. We brought this to their attention day one but did not want chemicals sprayed inside during our stay. A good spray outside the front door would have helped a lot. The toilets were backed up when we got there & we had to run stagnated water out of the lines day 1 before we could bear the smell. Also there was a smell at night outside that apparently was due to the irrigation system so we closed all doors by 8. A short stay means you cannot get into the full resort and walk by the water that you see from the patio. We had access to a small heated pool that was luckily not crowded. For the price it was worth having a kitchen, comfy bed & laundry. Please be aware you must bring your own supplies since they do not provide laundry detergent, shampoo, extra toilet paper or more than 2 diswashing tabets.

Family Time

A more clear description of the entrance would help. There are two gates. The one for this property is back by the marina which you cannot see from the road. Also the master suite toilet had the sanitized paper wrap yet when I lifted the lid there was feces in the bowl. Found a live sand flea in the queen bed sheets. (We always pull linens back to inspect) Lanai furniture was dirty and the carpet on the lanai was so dirty it turned the soles of our feet (and the hands and knees of our 1 year old) black. Many GFCI outlets throughout the condo were blown. The Keurig was broken. The property manager, in Atlanta Georgia, called us to say the dishwasher was broken and to not use it. I called back to tell her about the Keurig, and about the blown outlets and to ask when they would fix the dishwasher. She did not call back and no one came to fix it. This property was supposedly inspected as we arrived after hurricane Ian went through. Unfortunately, they did not communicate well with us about what was broken. Either that or they didn’t inspect it close enough to see what was broken. Sand fleas and feces are unacceptable under any conditions. Overall this is a lovely condo with a lovely location and beautifully appointed. Floor plan is excellent. The property and pool area were clean and well maintained. Hopefully as Florida recovers, there will be better communication and a more thorough inspection and cleaning of this particular condo.

As far as we knew, the dishwasher was repaired prior to your stay and we will need to look into why that was not ever repaired. Property was absolutely amazing and had everything we could possibly need. There was MORE than enough space for all of us. The kitchen was fantastic. The pool was refreshing and very clean (as were the pool bathrooms). The on-site restaurant was a win as well! Would definitely stay here again with my whole family.

Anna Maria Island

One Particular Harbor was a breath of fresh air! We loved the community and our unit was beautiful. The Harbor Isle / One Particular Harbor community is extremely convenient to Anna Maria Island & Holmes Beach as well as Coquina Beach and Long Boat Key.

Amazing

I have only one complaint and its that other people didnt give this rental a 5 star. Honestly the check in process couldnt have been easier and clearer. The apartment is clean and better than the pictures show. The amanities are great. Also includes everything and more than you need for ypur stay and the beach. Will stay here again

Sunny Florida

The property was beautiful and safe. Our problem was with check in. We called ahead to get the procedure. It did not go as planned. We did not find out until the following day that there was a fob on a keychain by the front door that was needed to drive into the property and to get into the pools. We found out from another guest on a walk. We had a panel by the front door that beeped all night. We called maintenance three times but they never showed up. For a three bedroom condo they needed more china and glassware. We got one key for 6 people.

Beautiful property but lack of communication

A Wave from it All is a very clean, modern condo that was spacious for our party of 6 adults. The furnishing are pretty and comfortable and the lanai is terrific. The location is great- minutes from Anna Maria Island. The only downside was the rental company. They didn’t communicate with us as to how to get into the gated community at all. We went to the wrong gate, we did not know how to operate the gate and we were unable to get in through the gate at 10:30pm after being out all day. Fortunately a resident used their key fob to get us in and it was then that we realized the unmarked fob we were using to get into the pool area (we just guessed that was what it was for) also was the gate fob. If the rental company was a little more organized, it’s a perfect place to stay if you’re going to Anna Maria Islsnd!
