- The on-site bridge is not available for guest use; please do not cross the bridge
- While Jackson Creek access is available on-site, please do not cross the creek
- The property has recently added a water filtration system and a water softener

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located next to the front door facing toward the front entry area, 1 camera is located on the back of the property facing toward the back patio, and 1 camera is located on the left side of the property facing toward the left side yard.
