This first-floor, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury condominium features hardwood floors and a lovely deck that faces the quiet interior of the manicured grounds. It is in the Parkside building, close to the Rio Grande Trail, John Denver Park, and the Theatre Aspen tent. This spacious condo lives like a private home across one level with many top-of-the-line luxury features, including a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, central air conditioning, BBQ and a dedicated laundry room.
