Little Nell Condominiums Unit 7 | Sleek Downtown Condo with Private Deck, Designer Upgrades

This remodeled second floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features designer upgrades and an excellent location just two blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and downtown Aspen. The open living area is highlighted by a gas fireplace with a stone surround and a flat-screen TV. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel appliances and handsome stone countertops. Guests love the private deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.

Second bedroom: Two Twin beds
Guest Bedroom #1: Two Twin bunk beds
Other: There is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Please note, The Little Nell Condominiums are not affiliated with The Little Nell Hotel. This complex does not have an elevator.

Guests receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
