The Fasching Haus is two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola, Lift 1A, and downtown Aspen. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condominium is a top-floor corner unit with a private balcony and mountain views. This light and bright condo features an open living area with a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and contemporary decor. The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is an in-unit washer/dryer.

Other: There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, and an on-site workout facility. This complex has no elevator.
