We had a wonderful visit. The yurt was a cozy retreat, very well thought out with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We have been traveling around the country for almost a month and this has been our favorite accommodation thus far. Well done and thanks again to our hosts.

Unique stay in a beautiful part of Golden Bay

We had a great time here. The yurt is on a lovely property - just remote enough to feel engulfed by nature yet a short drive to anything you might need and the beach! We were unlucky with the weather, but the yurt was cozy in the rain and the bathroom and kitchenette were covered. The only con was the driveway down to the yurt was a little rough on our small rental car (made worse by the weather I think).

My partner and I had a lovely stay. The host was very communicative and the pictures on the website depicted the property perfectly when we arrived. The attention to detail was amazing, even down to beach towels, a picnic basket supplied with cultlery and crockery if needed and even yoga mats. Loved the array of games supplied, we enjoyed playing backgammon together. A cosy, beautiful and quirky accommodation where we will definitely return to enable us to get out of life's "rat race!" Great vista and very private. Thank you again for making our stay exemplary! Warm regards.
