Adorably decorated cottage with lots of room. There were 3 of us staying for 2 nights. Easy drive to downtown and the wineries. Loved having the hot tub on the cool mornings.

Great spot

This was a perfect place for a friend group weekend. We had everything we needed and it was a short bike ride/30 minute walk to town. Would stay again!

Perfect location and lovely property

We love this property and it was such a convenient location to downtown palisade and wineries. It was perfect for our group of 5, and I wish we could have had more time to just spend at the place enjoying the backyard. We did cook breakfast there and the kitchen had amenities to do so which was great. I would 100% stay again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The cottage was clean, cozy, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, pillows, and blankets. Sheri also has board games, boccie ball, and corn hole for guests to use. The property is within walking/biking distance of several wineries and the meadery.

Absolutely love this place!

I booked this trip for my bachelorette party. There were 7 ladies and it was perfect for all of us. Those house is so cute and had a very comfortable feel. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. The property is beautiful and conveniently located to places that can be walked or biked to. We all absolutely loved our stay and will search for this property in future visits.

Lovely place for family or a group of friends!

Lovely home, yard with room to play, lovely furnishings and right next to orchards , vineyards and the river! We ordered food in and are in the patio while our kids rode bikes. We were able to take quick trips to the river to paddle, visit the Colorado National Monument and have a cool, relaxing place to call “home.”

Cute place, great location In Palisade

Our family (teens) enjoyed a long weekend in Palisade. Very cute place. Peaceful with everything you'd need. Our kids fell in love with their outdoor cats, junior and mister! Plenty of beds. Loft bedroom open to living room fyi. Would certainly return!

Great Weekend!!

My group and I loved our stay!! The house was beautiful! Everything from the decorations to the bedroom loft where you could glaze out the oversized window and see the canyon beyond! The patio was a nice place to hangout, we enjoyed the lighting. The place felt very secluded which was nice. I enjoyed watching the sunset from the backyard. Thanks again!!

The house was nice! Received a call at 6:30 from the property manager saying my house guests had to leave at 7:45! I was feeding people for my daughter’s birthday we were not loud but was told that people had to leave!!! She was not very accommodating….
