“The Lily Pad”, a stunning ranch home built in 2019, is perfect for group trips or families. Explore Palisade’s wineries, road bike from the house on “the Palisade Fruit and Wine Byway”, go to a festival, a wedding, or the Farmers Market downtown on Sundays. And enjoy amazing views of the Grand Mesa, Mt Garfield, our peach orchard, and our neighbors’ vineyard! In the winter, it’s just a 40 minute (spectacular!) drive to Powderhorn Mountain Resort, a “Colorado Gem” of a ski area!
You will love staying at the Lily Pad because of its’ peaceful country setting, air conditioning, and also the single level (no steps) interior is great with it’s “view windows”, 12’ ceiling, beautiful tile and granite and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms.
